WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness for routing in a vehicle in which a pipe through which a liquid flows is attached under a floor, the wire harness including: a first wire to be routed alongside the pipe; and a second wire to be routed in between the first wire and the pipe, and fixed to both the first wire and the pipe, wherein the second wire has: a first section extending along the first wire; and a second section extending along the pipe at a position spaced further from the first wire than is the first section in a direction in which the pipe and the first wire are arranged alongside each other.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness for routing in a vehicle in which an exhaust pipe through which exhaust gas flows is attached under a floor, the wire harness including: a first wire to be routed alongside the exhaust pipe; and a second wire to be routed on an opposite side of the first wire to the exhaust pipe, wherein the first wire has: a conductor and an insulation coating covering an outer periphery of the conductor; and a metal tube housing the conductor and the insulation coating.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including an electric wire; a cover that covers an outer circumferential surface of the electric wire; and a clamp for fixing the electric wire to a vehicle body, wherein: a surface of the cover that is provided on a side opposite to the electric wire includes an uneven surface with a plurality of irregularities, and the clamp includes: an elastic member that is made of an elastic body and is brought into contact with the uneven surface; and a fixing member that presses the elastic member against the uneven surface and is fixed to the vehicle body.
WIRE HARNESS AND WIRE HARNESS ROUTING STRUCTURE
It is an object to make a wire harness for connecting a vehicle body-side device and a wheel-side device suited to routing in a small space, and improve its flex resistance. A wire harness for connecting a vehicle body-side device and a wheel-side device includes: a first wiring member; and a second wiring member, and at least part of an outer path portion of the first wiring member, and at least part of an outer path portion of the second wiring member are separated from each other outside a vehicle body.
WIRE HARNESS AND WIRE HARNESS ROUTING STRUCTURE
It is an object to provide a wire harness for connecting a vehicle body-side device and a wheel-side device that can be routed in a small space appropriately, and can have an improved flex resistance. A wire harness for connecting a vehicle body-side device and a wheel-side device includes: a first wiring member; and a second wiring member that has higher flex resistance than the first wiring member. The first wiring member has an outer path length that is greater than an outer path length of the second wiring member.
WIRE HARNESS AND CABLE WATERPROOF STRUCTURE
A wire harness is provided with a cable including wires coated with a sheath, a rubber stopper that covers an end of the sheath together with a portion in a longitudinal direction of the wires, and a cover made of a harder material than the rubber stopper and accommodating the rubber stopper. The rubber stopper integrally has a sheath sealing portion having an inner peripheral surface that comes into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the sheath, and a wire sealing portion including plural insertion holes to which the wires are inserted. The cover integrally has a sheath holding portion that crimps and holds an uncovered portion of the sheath that is not covered by the rubber stopper, and a rubber stopper holding portion that crimps and holds the rubber stopper.
Component arrangement with a line that has rigid and flexible sections
A line arrangement for assembly, for at least partial insertion inside a component and/or for guiding through the inside of a component, particularly a chamber of a bodywork component of a vehicle, includes at least one line which is designed in a non-rigid manner with a plurality of rigid segments and with flexible connection elements that connect to the rigid segments.
THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL, WIRING HARNESS AND ELECTRICAL RELAY COMPONENT
A thermally conductive material contains a base resin and an insulating filler, the insulating filler contains a thermally conductive filler and a hollow filler composed of particles including a gas layer, a content of the insulating filler is 20.0% by volume or more and 90.0% by volume or less based on a total material amount, and a content of the hollow filler is 25.0% by volume or more and 70.0% by volume or less based on a total amount of the insulating filler. A wiring harness is provided with an insulated wire composed of an insulation coating and a conductor, an exterior material, the insulated wire being inserted in the exterior material, and a heat dissipation material to be arranged between the insulated wire and the exterior material, and the heat dissipation material is made of the thermally conductive material.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire; a tubular first outer cover accommodating the wire; a positioning member that is made of a synthetic resin and is attached to an end of the first outer cover; and a ring-shaped electromagnetic wave absorber that has a through hole through which the wire passes and is fixed to the positioning member, wherein the positioning member has a main body including an insertion portion inserted into the through hole, and a fitting portion that protrudes from an end of the main body and is fitted on the end of the first outer cover.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire harness main body including an electric wire and an exterior tube enclosing an outer circumference of the electric wire; a first path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and a second path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the first path restricting cover and restricts the path of the wire harness main body.
