OPERATING ELEMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR AN OPERATING ELEMENT
An operating element for operating a machine by an operator in which control lines for connecting the control lever with a control unit in at least a paired design is provided. A first wiring harness and a second wiring harness run along the control lever to the receptacle. The first wiring harness runs from a first starting point to the receptacle and the second wiring harness runs from a second starting point to the receptacle. The first starting point and second starting point are arranged at a distance from the receptacle. The first wiring harness at a first connection point is connected to the receptacle, and the second wiring harness at a second connection point is connected to the receptacle. The first and the second connection point are arranged separately from each other on a straight connecting line, and the connecting line runs through a central axis of the control lever.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
An electrical junction box is configured such that an electric or electronic component is mounted thereon. The electrical junction box includes a case having an accommodation recess, a housing configured such that the electric or electronic component is held therein and configured to be attached in the accommodation recess, and a cable configured to be drawn into the accommodation recess. The housing includes a path restricting wall configured to restrict a wiring direction of the cable.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat with a speaker-equipped headrest is provided, which is of a relatively simple structure to enable the speaker-equipped headrest to be easily mounted to/dismounted from a seat body after vehicle installation, and also provide increased versatility for installation in vehicles of various vehicle size classes. The vehicle seat with the speaker-equipped headrest includes: a male coupler that is connected to a speaker harness and fitted to a distal end of a headrest stay; and a female coupler that is connected to a main harness on a seat body side, and fitted to a headrest guide bracket supporting a headrest guide. Insertion of the headrest stay into the headrest guide allows the speaker-equipped headrest to be mounted to the seat body, and allows the male coupler and the female coupler to be fitted together to provide a connection between the speaker harness and the main harness.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a shielded wire having a core wire; an insulating cover covering an outer surface of the core wire; and an electromagnetic shield covering the insulating cover, wherein the electromagnetic shield is a metal layer that is seamlessly formed in intimate contact with an outer surface of the insulating cover.
WIRING MEMBER
An object is to provide a technique capable of simply fixing a wire-like transmission member to a sheet regardless of a type of the wire-like transmission member. A wiring member includes a sheet, a holding member fixed to the sheet, and a first wire-like transmission member held by the holding member. The bolding member includes a holding part in which a groove and a protrusion narrowing a width dimension of an opening part of the groove are formed. The first wire-like transmission member is housed in the groove.
IN-VEHICLE ELECTRIC COMPONENT-INTERNAL CIRCUIT UNIT
An in-vehicle electric component-internal circuit unit has a novel structure that can reduce the number of in-vehicle electric component-side work processes and reduce in-vehicle electric component size. An in-vehicle electric component-internal circuit unit includes: an insulative holder that holds circuit members; a wire harness that includes a coated wire, a circuit-side connection portion that is provided on an end portion on one side of the coated wire, a connector that is provided on an end portion on the other side of the coated wire, and a grommet through which the coated wire passes; a plate wall portion for covering a housing through-hole provided in a housing of an in-vehicle electric component; and a seal member that is provided on a first surface, which is a surface of the plate wall portion to be attached to the housing and that comes into contact with the rim of the housing through-hole.
PROTECTIVE COVER
A protective cover for an electrical conductor comprises a substantially tubular cap surrounding the electrical conductor. The protective cover further includes a substantially disc-shaped flange comprising a bore surrounding the electrical conductor in a liquid-tight manner and an outer contour strictly inscribed in an inner contour of the tubular cap facing disc-shaped flange. The tubular cap also comprises at least one perforation arranged at a low point of the tubular cap. In one example, the protective cover is used for a heating element for an exhaust line.
Support Device for an Electrical Energy Store Having an Isolation Strip, And Electrical Energy Store
A support device for an electrical energy store for arrangement in a storage housing between at least two storage modules of the electrical energy store and for holding the storage modules, which can be fastened to both sides of the support device in the transverse direction, in the storage housing, includes: a beam for fastening to the storage housing, having a bearing face on which holding elements of the storage modules are to be placed; a clamping strip for arrangement on the bearing face of the beam and for clamping the holding elements of the storage modules; and fasteners for fastening the clamping strip to the beam. In an upper side of the clamping strip there are formed depressions which are arranged spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the support device and which are configured to receive the fasteners. The depressions form continuous channels in the transverse direction. An isolation strip is to be arranged on the upper side of the clamping strip and is designed to close the channels in order to prevent a thermal event of one storage module from being transmitted to another storage module located opposite in the transverse direction. The strip has two side parts which extend in the longitudinal direction and cover the depressions at the sides, and cover regions which cover the depressions on the upper side.
PINCH SENSOR ASSEMBLY, VEHICLE DOOR HAVING SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Some embodiments are directed to a vehicle door that includes a door frame and a trim panel connected to the door frame. The vehicle door can also include an upper garnish connected to the door frame and including a connection portion. A bracket can be disposed along an edge of the trim panel and extend along a length of the door frame. The bracket can snap fit into the connection portion of the upper garnish, and a pinch sensor can be disposed on the bracket.
WIRING MODULE
An object is to provide a technique capable of fixing a plurality of wiring members to the attachment surface as close as possible. A wiring module includes: base member having an attachment surface; a plurality of wiring members disposed on the attachment surface; and a holding member holding the plurality of wiring members in an arranged state on the attachment surface. The holding member includes at least one sheet portion in which at least one hole is formed. The plurality of wiring members are passed through the at least one hole and held in the arranged state. The sheet portion is joined to the attachment surface.
