The vehicle seat (1) includes a panel (4); a pad (11, 51) supported by the panel; a skin material (12, 52) covering a front surface of the pad; and a sensor (32) provided between the front surface of the pad and the skin material for acquiring information on a seat occupant, wherein the pad is provided with a through hole (35, 58) passed from the front surface of the pad to a back surface of the pad, and a recess (45, 61) formed in the back surface of the pad and connected to the through hole, the wire harness connected to the sensor extending in the through hole and the recess.
Faux distributor cable holder
A cable holder for securing a plurality of vehicle engine cables while simulating a vehicle engine distributor comprises a shaft portion and a cap portion provided at a top of the shaft portion. The cap portion cooperates with the shaft portion to define a central passageway therethrough. At least one opening is provided proximate a bottom of the shaft portion and opening to the central passageway, and a plurality of upper apertures are provided proximate a top of the cap portion and opening to the central passageway. A hollow path is formed between the at least one lower aperture and plurality of upper apertures to channel a plurality of vehicle engine cables through the cable holder.
Retainers for elongated members in vehicles
A retainer is disclosed that is configured to receive at least one elongated member in a vehicle. The retainer includes a body and first and second receptacles that are supported by the body. The first receptacle defines a first channel that is configured to receive a first elongated member (e.g., a cable, a wire, a rod, etc.) and includes a first finger that extends towards the second receptacle. The second receptacle defines a second channel that is configured to receive a second elongated member (e.g., a cable, a wire, a rod, etc.) and includes a second finger that extends towards the first receptacle. In certain embodiments, the first finger and the second finger may be formed as discrete structures so as not to interfere with flexure of the first receptacle and the second receptacle during insertion and removal of the first elongated member and the second elongated member.
Cable routing fastener with torsion element
An improved cable routing fastener is provided. The cable routing fastener includes a base portion having an integral torsion element and includes a clip, for example a fir-tree clip, integrally joined to the torsion element. The torsion element includes first and second torsion bars on opposing sides of the rotatable clip, such that clip is rotatable relative to the base portion from a first position to a second position in response to an applied torque. The clip extends laterally outward from the base portion in the first position and extends downward from the base portion in the second position. The base portion and the clip are co-molded in the first position as a unitary article, with the clip being manually rotatable into the second position for attachment to an object, for example a vehicle panel or a vehicle pillar.
Wire harness capable of suppressing a decrease in insulation reliability
A wire harness including a plurality of first electric wire members that each have a first flexible electric wire and a hard electric wire electrically connected to the first flexible electric wire: a second electric wire member that is a second flexible electric wire: a tube through which the plurality of first electric wire members and the second electric wire member pass: and a fixing member for bundling the plurality of first electric wire members and the second electric wire member, wherein: the tube includes a bend, and the wire harness is configured to achieve a first arrangement.
Instrument panel
An instrument panel includes an instrument panel body fixed to a vehicle body, and a cover that covers a space of the instrument panel body from a rear in a front-rear direction of a vehicle and faces an occupant in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The instrument panel body includes a harness holder configured to hold a wire harness arranged in a vehicle width direction. The harness holder extends along the vehicle width direction in the space of the instrument panel body, and includes a fragile portion provided in at least one position in a longitudinal direction of the harness holder. A sectional area of the fragile portion is smaller than a sectional area of the other portion of the harness holder.
HIGH POWER SHIELDED BUSBAR FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING AND POWER DISTRIBUTION
A unitary busbar provides power from one connection point in an electric vehicle to another connection point. The unitary busbar includes a central solid core conductor, an insulation layer over the solid core conductor, and an electromagnetic shield fitted around the insulator. The unitary busbar is capable of being bent into specific configurations that allow it to conform to the body of an electric vehicle.
WIRE HARNESS EXTERIOR BODY, AND WIRE HARNESS WITH EXTERIOR BODY
A wire harness exterior body and a wire harness with the exterior body, with which it is possible to appropriately restrict the route of the wire harness, and to eliminate dead space and reduce space in a vehicle, etc., in which the wire harness is used. This wire harness exterior body has a wire bundle in which a plurality of electric wires are bundled, the exterior body being formed from at least one flat member including a resin material, and contacting and supporting one surface of a wire aggregate including the wire bundle constituting a wire harness, or a plurality of divided wire bundles that are further branched from the wire bundle and extended. The exterior body having flat parts that restrict the route of the wire harness.
WIRING MODULE AND WIRING MEMBER WITH HOLDING MEMBER
A wiring module includes a base member including an attachment surface on which an attachment target portion is formed, a plurality of wiring members arranged on the attachment surface, and a holding member attached to the attachment target portion while holding the plurality of wiring members. The holding member includes a holding portion formed by a plurality of grooves arranged side by side, and an attachment portion that is capable of being detachably attached to the attachment target portion. The attachment target portion is provided at each of the plurality of attachment locations along paths of the plurality of wiring members on the attachment surface, and at each of the plurality of attachment locations, the plurality of wiring members are divided, housed and held in the plurality of grooves.
CABLE HOLDING STRUCTURE
