ONBOARD RELAY APPARATUS
An onboard relay apparatus, connected to a plurality of onboard devices and relays communication to the onboard devices, is provided on a roof and includes a branch line connector connected to an onboard load; a main line connector connected to a power supply apparatus supplies power and a second onboard relay apparatus, which are included in the plurality of onboard loads, provided in an area other than the roof via a power line and a communication line provided on a pillar of the vehicle; and a control unit configured to control power supplied from the power supply apparatus via a power line provided on the pillar and distributed to the onboard load via one of a plurality of power lines provided on the roof and controls relaying communication to the onboard load and the second onboard relay apparatus.
WIRING MODULE AND POWER DISTRIBUTION APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A low voltage signal line and a high voltage signal line are connected to a power distribution ECU which controls charging and discharging of an assembled battery. A base portion and a shield member are interposed between the low voltage signal line and the high voltage signal line having different applied voltages. These signal lines and the base are connected by a connecting member.
HIGH EFFICIENCY ELECTRICAL CONDUIT
Methods and systems are provided for an electrical harness. In one example, the electrical harness may include a first conductor coupled to a second conductor by a coupler where the conductors may be formed of plates arranged in parallel along a length of the first and the second conductors. The coupler may include electrical bridges of varying dimensions to maintain electrical continuity between the first conductor and the second conductor through the coupler.
HIGH EFFICIENCY ELECTRICAL CONDUIT
Methods and systems are provided for an electrical system of a vehicle. In one example, the system may include a first electrical device and a second electrical device that moves relative to the first electrical device. The second electrical device may be coupled to the first electrical device by an electrical conduit formed of one or more plate conductors connected in series by a coupler configured to enable pivoting of the one or more plate conductors.
IMPACT AND CUT-THROUGH RESISTANT, SELF-LOCATING, MULTILAYERED TEXTILE SLEEVE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A protective member for a wire harness and electrical member fixed thereto, a wire harness assembly, and a method of constructing a protective member for a wire harness and electrical member fixed thereto are provided. The protective member includes a tubular woven wall extending between opposite open ends about a central axis and a tubular braided wall fixed to the tubular woven wall. One end of the tubular woven wall is configured to overlie the electrical member to provide protection thereto, and the tubular braided wall extends away from the other of the opposite open ends of the tubular woven wall about the central axis for operable attachment a wire harness.
Smart interconnecting clamp system
A apparatus for monitoring the integrity of an electrical wire includes a clamp system, a sensor system, a user interface configured to receive input data and output wire information, and a control unit configured to process the wire data, process the input data, and generate the output wire information. The clamp system includes a clamp and the sensor system includes a sensor configured to retrieve the wire data. In another embodiment, a portable device is configured to obtain wire data from a smart clamping system, to transmit the wire data to a processor and to receive a multi-dimensional representation, and a computer system configured to receive the wire data generated and to generate the multi-dimensional representation of the wire. A method for monitoring a wire includes capturing wire data using a clamp, transmitting the wire data to a control unit, generating wire information to output, and outputting the wire information.
Engine room structure for vehicle
An engine room structure for a vehicle uses dividing portions of plural wall members forming a cover member, and can thereby easily form a through portion through which plural routing members are caused to pass by notch-shaped portions without forming a substantial through hole. An engine room structure for a vehicle, which includes a cover member covering an upper portion of an engine and in which a through portion is formed in the cover member, and plural routing members pass through the through portion. The cover member is divided into at least a first member and a second member, continuous notch-shaped portions are formed along a partial dividing line between the first member and the second member in either one of those, and the through portion for the plural routing members is formed with the notch-shaped portions of the one member and an end portion of the other member.
ELECTRICALLY INSULATED CABLE
An electrically insulated cable comprising: a core electric wire; a tape member covering the core electric wire; and a covering layer covering the tape member; wherein: the core electric wire includes a plurality of insulated electric wires; the insulated electric wires each include a conductor and an insulating layer covering the conductor; and the tape member has a minimum value of transmittance of 70% or more with respect to light having a wavelength of no less than 400 nm and no more than 800 nm.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a main wire including a plurality of wire-like transmission members; a branch wire in which some of the wire-like transmission members are branched from the main wire; a fixing sheet having one main surface to which the main wire is fixed; and a cover sheet, at least a part of which is provided in a position overlapped with the branch wire in another main surface of the fixing sheet, wherein a fusion position where the fixing sheet and the cover sheet are fused is provided on at least a lateral side of the main wire in a longitudinal direction, and is provided in a position away from the branch wire.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a wire-like transmission member; a first sheet to which the wire-like transmission member is fixed; and a second sheet, at least a part of which is overlapped with the first sheet, wherein a first through hole is formed in one of the first sheet and the second sheet, a second through hole formed to be continuous with the first through hole and smaller than the first through hole is formed in another one of the first sheet and the second sheet.
