A bracket assembly for a relay box for a vehicle includes a first bracket member and a second bracket member. The first bracket member is configured to be mounted to a frame of the vehicle. The first bracket member is configured to receive the relay box in an installed position. The second bracket member is connected to the first bracket member. A gap is defined between the first bracket member and the second bracket member. The gap is configured to receive an electrical wiring harness connected to the relay box to support the relay box prior to the relay box being mounted in the installed position.

Method for sealed fuse holder with ISO micro relay

A novel electrical box to house one or more ISO micro relays, is adapted to support IP67 and IP69K Ingress Protection ratings. The housing of the electrical box is molded with blade sockets that correspond to blade positions of the ISO micro relay. The housing is also molded with terminal seats and cylindrical openings which vary, depending on the blade socket, enabling terminals of different sizes, orientations, and positions relative to the respective blades, to be easily inserted into the back of the housing. The resulting position of the terminals ensures that electrical connections to the ISO micro relay are made and ingress protection of components inside the electrical box is ensured.

A power relay assembly is provided. A power relay assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support plate having at least one electric element mounted on one surface thereof and including a plastic material having heat dissipation and insulation properties; and at least one bus bar electrically connected to the electric element and partially embedded in the support plate. Due to these features, since heat generated from the bus bar and the electric element is dissipated to the outside through the support plate, it is possible to prevent performance deterioration due to heat and breakage of electronic components.

Inductive power distribution in a vehicle

In one aspect of the present disclosure, an induction hub is disclosed for use in powering components in a vehicle. The induction hub includes a source coil; first and second receiver coils having first and second conductive portions, respectively; and at least one isolation member that is positioned between the first and second conductive portions. The receiver coils are separated from the source coil such that, upon being energized by a power source, the source coil creates an induced electromagnetic field (EMF) and an electrical current in the receiver coils, which are in electrical communication with at least one component in the vehicle to thereby deliver power from the receiver coils to the at least one component. The at least one isolation member includes a material that is electrically nonconductive and electromagnetically permeable so as to physically and electrically separate the receiver coils without impacting the induced EMF.

Electric connection box

An electric connection box includes a housing having an opening formed by side walls, a lock protruding plate, a lid to be attached to the housing, a hook, a lock portion, a protective wall, lock pieces and slits. The protective wall is configured to, when the lid is attached to the housing, cover a cable connection portion provided on the second side wall. The lock pieces extend in parallel to the protective wall and extend from the protective wall toward a first direction. The pair of slits respectively includes a receiving opening to, when the lid is attached to the housing, accommodate respective one of the pair of lock pieces, the pair of slits being to receive the lock pieces when engagement at the lock portion is carried out. The receiving opening opens, when the lid is attached to the housing, toward a second direction.

Electrical junction box, manufacturing apparatus of electrical junction box, manufacturing method of electrical junction box, and wire harness
