The electrical wire drawing path includes a first wall member including two side portions extending in a projecting direction of the electrical wire drawing path, a second wall member disposed to be opposed to the first wall member with an interval, a first side wall member projecting from one side portion in a direction crossing an extending direction of the side portions and toward the second wall member, and a second side wall member projecting from the other side portion in a direction crossing an extending direction of the side portions and toward the second wall member.
Power supply apparatus
A power supply apparatus includes a battery pack for an electric vehicle, and an interface unit that couples the battery pack and a plurality of electrical devices. The interface unit includes a branch connector provided with a coupling unit and a plurality of fuses. The coupling unit allows coupling wires to join. Each of the coupling wires is coupled to a corresponding one of electrical devices. Each of the plurality of fuses is disposed in a corresponding one of coupling wires. The interface unit also includes a battery pack connector that is able to be coupled to the branch connector. In a state in which the branch connector is coupled to the battery pack connector, the power supply apparatus is configured to be able to supply electric power from the battery pack to each of the plurality of electrical devices via the coupling unit.
HIGH VOLTAGE POWER DISTRIBUTOR
A high voltage power distributor comprises an insulated high voltage power cable, a fuse mechanically connected to a fuse holder and a busbar that is electrically connected between the cable and the fuse. The fuse, the fuse holder, the busbar and the cable are accommodated in a housing.
ELECTRICAL UNIT
An electrical unit housing may include a housing member, a cover, and a connector. The cover may be releasably connectable to the housing member in an assembly direction. The connector may include a latch and a tab. The latch may be disposed on the cover and the tab may be disposed on the housing member. The tab may include a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface that may extend obliquely or perpendicularly relative to each other. The second surface may extend from and connect the first surface to the third surface. The latch may be biased toward contact with the tab. The second surface may be configured to facilitate a sliding movement of the latch toward an engaged position.
POWER CONVERTER
The present disclosure relates to a power converter for use in a host vehicle. The power converter comprises a DC link, a DC link capacitor, and a pre-charge circuit configured to charge the DC link capacitor. The pre-charge circuit comprises a boost converter comprising a switch and inductor coupling terminals configured to couple to an inductive component external to the power converter.
DESIGN METHOD FOR SEALED FUSE HOLDER WITH ISO MICRO RELAY
A novel electrical box to house one or more ISO micro relays, is adapted to support IP67 and IP69K Ingress Protection ratings. The housing of the electrical box is molded with blade sockets that correspond to blade positions of the ISO micro relay. The housing is also molded with terminal seats and cylindrical openings which vary, depending on the blade socket, enabling terminals of different sizes, orientations, and positions relative to the respective blades, to be easily inserted into the back of the housing. The resulting position of the terminals ensures that electrical connections to the ISO micro relay are made and ingress protection of components inside the electrical box is ensured.
Electrical junction box and method for manufacturing electrical junction box
Provided are an electrical junction box for which the time required for production is short, and a method for manufacturing the electrical junction box. An electrical junction box houses an electric device. A plurality of external devices are connected to each other via the electric device housed in the electrical junction box. The electrical junction box includes a housing box and a connector. The housing box is provided with an insertion port 40 into which the connector is inserted, and an opposite opening that is opposite to the insertion port. The insertion port and the opposite opening have the same axial direction. Inside the housing box, a component can be attached to the connector.
Fuse box for battery of vehicle
A fuse box for a battery of a vehicle includes: a lower housing having a space in which a fuse is housed and a bus bar for electrically connecting the battery and the fuse is seated; a plate-shaped upper housing having a through hole formed at a central portion thereof and a first extending portion extending upward along a circumference of the through hole, where the upper housing is assembled on an upper side of the lower housing; and a fuse cover that is coupled to an upper side of the upper housing to cover the fuse exposed through the through hole of the upper housing.
Liquid discharge structure
An objective of the present invention is to improve the discharge capacity for liquid collected within a casing while suppressing liquid entering a discharge opening from the outside. A liquid discharge structure includes a plate-shaped bottom wall with a discharge opening for liquid, the liquid being collected inside a casing 1 which is configured to be installed in a vehicle, a blocking wall outside the bottom wall, wherein the blocking wall is overlapped with the discharge opening in a plan view on the bottom wall and opposed to the bottom wall with a gap between the blocking wall and the bottom wall, and a fixing mechanism which is disposed not to be overlapped with the discharge opening in the plan view, wherein the fixing mechanism is configured to fix the blocking wall relative to the bottom wall in an attachable and detachable manner.
Communication system and vicarious inputting and outputting unit
A communication system includes a host control device and a vicarious inputting and outputting unit that controls an electric device by communicating with the host control device. The vicarious inputting and outputting unit includes a standard board provided with a first control circuit which controls the electric device and at least one of an input circuit and an output circuit for a standard electric device.
