Roof sensor module and motor vehicle

A roof sensor module having a panel component which forms at least sections of a roof cladding of a vehicle roof, the roof cladding functioning as an outer sealing surface of the roof sensor module, at least one environment sensor for charting a vehicle environment which is connected to at least one cable, and at least one channel-shaped carrier structure. The at least one cable is guided along the channel-shaped carrier structure within a hollow cross section thereof and/or an in particular channel-shaped guide profile is formed at the channel-shaped carrier structure, the at least one cable being guided along the channel-shaped guide profile.

SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR ONBOARD ELECTRONIC DEVICE ASSEMBLY

The bottom bracket supports the bottom wall of the housing of the electronic device unit. The rear end of the support rod is in contact with the front wall of the housing. The support rod extends from the front wall of the housing to the front of the vehicle. A front bracket supports the front portion of the support rod. The front bracket has a flange and a hook. The flange is secured to the vehicle body in an area adjacent to the support rod in the width direction. The hook is connected to the flange at one end. The hook extends from the vehicle-width side of the support rod across the top surface of the support rod to the opposite side of the vehicle-width side. Furthermore, the hook is free-ended at the other end.

Electric connection box and wire harness

In an electric connection box, first and second holding structures between a casing and a terminal block outside the casing include locking portions provided on the side of an assembly surface of the casing, locked portions provided on the side of the terminal block and in which a relative movement of an installation target toward the side of an opening at an assembly completion position is locked by the locking portions, guide portions provided on the side of the assembly surface and extend along a direction of the relative movement between the locking portions and the locked portions in a state where the casing is attached to the installation target, and guided portions provided on the side of the terminal block and are guided from the side of the opening to the assembly completion position along the guide portions, respectively.

PUSH-IN NUT LIGHTING ASSEMBLY

A housing for a circuit includes a top wall that defines an aperture configured for receiving a fastener, and a bottom wall integrally formed with the top wall, positioned directly below the aperture in a height direction, and extended across the aperture with respect to the height direction. The circuit is mounted on a bottom side of the bottom wall. The top wall and the bottom wall define an interior of the housing, and cooperate to obstruct egress of debris from the interior of the housing to the circuit at the bottom side of the bottom wall.

Push-in nut lighting assembly

A housing for a circuit includes a top wall that defines an aperture configured for receiving a fastener, and a bottom wall integrally formed with the top wall, positioned directly below the aperture in a height direction, and extended across the aperture with respect to the height direction. The circuit is mounted on a bottom side of the bottom wall. The top wall and the bottom wall define an interior of the housing, and cooperate to obstruct egress of debris from the interior of the housing to the circuit at the bottom side of the bottom wall.

ELECTRIC JUNCTION BOX

An electric junction box is provided. A second upper cover includes a second body wall covering an upper opening of a housing on a side rearward of a first partition wall, and a first waterproof rib standing upward from a front end of the second body wall. The first waterproof rib is arranged between the first partition wall and a first peripheral wall. The second upper cover includes a second waterproof rib standing upward from the second body wall. The second waterproof rib is arranged rearward of the first peripheral wall.

An electrical arrangement (1), comprising a housing (2) having a housing opening (20), an electrical component (3) within the housing (20), a power supply connection (4), a contact protection cover (5), and a circuit breaker (6) which can be inserted into the housing (2), wherein, in the inserted state, the circuit breaker (6) connects the electrical component (3) to the power supply connection (4) and, in the withdrawn state, the circuit breaker (6) disconnects the connection, wherein the contact protection cover (5) can be fastened to the housing (2) in a locking position in which the contact protection cover (5) covers the housing opening (20), and wherein, in the inserted state, the circuit breaker (6) locks the contact protection cover (5) in the locking position.

The vehicle body disclosed herein includes an electrical component disposed at a rear portion of the vehicle body, a base bracket that covers a lower portion of the electrical component, and a cover that is attached to the base bracket and covers an upper portion of the electrical component. The cover has a cover upper wall located above the electrical component and a pair of cover side walls extending from the cover upper wall to the base bracket on both sides of the electrical component in the left-right direction, and the rear of the electrical component has an open shape. The base bracket has a protective wall extending upwardly at the rear of the electrical component. The height of the protective wall relative to the base bracket is smaller than the height of the cover upper wall relative to the base bracket.

Headliner-mounted telematics control unit package

A roof structure of a motor vehicle includes an outer sheet and a headliner below the outer sheet. A telematics control unit (TCU) is disposed in an insulated space of the roof structure. The TCU is configured to provide Wi-Fi within a passenger space of the vehicle above an electrically non-conductive grille extending across an opening in the headliner. The grille permits airflow between the insulated space and a passenger space below the headliner to cool the TCU, without interfering with Wi-Fi signals from the TCU.

A cover for an electrical center of a vehicle includes a cover member defining a first cover lock assurance (CLA) feature and configured to cover electrical components of the electrical center when the first CLA feature is fully engaged with a second CLA feature defined by a housing of the electrical center and a CLA system configured to assure the full engagement of the cover member to the housing of the electrical center, the CLA system including a third CLA feature configured to selectively engage/disengage with the first and second CLA features to engage the cover member to the housing of the electrical center and a machine-readable indicator configured to be fully visible and readable by a CLA device when the third CLA feature is fully engaged and seated within the first and second CLA features.
