Electric connection box
An electric connection box includes a housing having an opening defined by an upper end of side walls, a lock protruding plate, a lid including a hanging wall and to be attached to the housing, a hook, an inner wall protruding from the lid and a notch being obtained by cutting a lower tip end of the inner wall. The hanging wall is, when the lid is attached to the housing, to cover an outer side of side walls. The hook is to rotate the lid such that the lid is attached to the housing. The inner wall is to, when the lid is attached to the housing, to sandwich the one of the plurality side walls between the hanging wall. The notch is formed on the inner wall in a second portion corresponding to a first portion of the hanging wall on which the hook is provided.
Electric junction box
An electric junction box includes a housing configured to accommodate an electronic component, and a lid portion attached to the housing so as to cover an opening of the housing. An electric wire connected to the electronic component is routed between the electronic component and the lid portion. The housing includes a fixing member fixing the electric wire. The fixing member has a face intersecting with an attachment direction of the lid portion and fixes the electric wire to the face.
Fixing frame for supporting in-vehicle computer
A fixing frame is used for supporting an in-vehicle computer and includes a horizontal portion, a vertical portion, a side wall portion, and a connecting portion. The vertical portion is perpendicularly connected to the horizontal portion. The side wall portion is perpendicularly connected to the horizontal portion and the vertical portion. The connecting portion is connected to the horizontal portion opposite to the vertical portion and has a free end. The free end is located above the vertical portion. Therein, the fixing frame supports the in-vehicle computer through the vertical portion and the free end which are fixedly connected to a casing of the in-vehicle computer.
BOLT SUPPORT FOR A JUNCTION BOX ASSEMBLY
A junction box assembly includes an upper housing, a lower housing, a connector assembly and a bolt. The upper housing includes a bolt support. The bolt support is a cylindrical member having a top surface and a through hole. The lower housing includes a bottom through hole. The connector assembly further including a threaded bore. A bolt having a threaded end is disposed in the through hole of the upper housing, the bottom through hole of the lower housing and threadedly engaged with the threaded bore of the connector assembly so as to secure the upper housing, lower housing and connector assembly together. The top surface of the cylindrical member includes a plurality of holes, each of the plurality of holes being closed at a bottom end.
RETENTION ASSEMBLY FOR A WINDSHIELD BRACKET
A retention assembly for a windshield bracket includes a fastening feature that includes a shaft defining a plurality of radial fins along a length of the shaft. A cover portion is operably coupled to the shaft of the fastening feature and includes an attachment feature. A coupling member includes a first clip that is operably coupled to the attachment feature of the cover portion and a second clip that is configured to receive a wire of said windshield bracket.
INTERIOR STRUCTURE FOR AN AUTOMATED VEHICLE
An automated vehicle includes a vehicle body defining a storage area located rearward of a rearmost vehicle seat in a front-rear direction of the automated vehicle. An interior structure is located in the storage area. The interior structure defines a storage compartment for housing an electronic component of the automated vehicle. The interior structure includes a removable floor panel overlying the storage compartment and a wall panel extended upward from the floor panel in a height direction of the automated vehicle. The storage compartment includes a dedicated space for the electronic component, the dedicated space located forward of a forward edge portion of the floor panel in the front-rear direction and between the wall panel and the rearmost vehicle seat in the front-rear direction.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
An electrical connection box is provided with a conductive bus bar, an insulating housing body, a cover, and a power supply line. The cover opens or closes with respect to the housing body at a fully open position and a fully closed position. The housing body has a connector at a position exposed to the outside, with the connector configured so that a terminal provided at a tip of the power supply line is attachable or detachable to or from the connector. A restriction portion, which restricts the power supply line from moving in the longitudinal direction is provided in the cover. In the state where the terminal is connected to the connector, the tension is created on the power supply line in the longitudinal direction by the restriction portion during moving the cover from the fully closed position to the fully open position side.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
An electrical connection box includes an insulating connection box housing and an insulating branch box housing. The insulating connection box housing stores a conductive connection box bus bar therein, and the insulating branch box housing stores a conductive branch box bus bar therein. The branch box housing and the connection box housing are stacked in a vertical direction. The connection box bus bar and the branch box bus bar are electrically connected by bringing connection box bus bar tip portions of the connection box bus bar into direct contact with branch box bus bar tip portions of the branch box bus bar and by jointly fastening the tip portions using bus bar fastening members.
BUSBAR AND ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING SUCH A BUSBAR
Busbar comprising a supporting body (1) made of a tough-hard material, and at least one electrical conductor (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, . . . ), wherein the conductor (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, . . . ) is connected to the supporting body (1). The supporting body (1) comprises a seal (3) that is made of a rubber-elastic material, which encloses the conductor (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, . . . ) on the outer circumferential side with an annular sealing region (4) in a sealing manner.
