CONNECTOR HOUSING ASSEMBLY HAVING A PIN PROTECTOR PLATE
A connector assembly disclosed herein includes a male connector housing, female connector housing and a pin protector plate. The male connector housing includes a resilient finger having an engagement member spaced apart from an upper catch. The female connector housing includes a protruding member axially offset from a retention member. The pin protector plate is disposed between the male connector housing and the female connector housing and includes a tab and a peripheral catch. The tab projects upwardly from the base and is axially offset from the peripheral catch. The pin protector plate is movable from a locked position to a pre-stage position. Wherein the female connector housing is configured to move the pin protector in a pre-stage position when the female connector housing is removed. Accordingly, the male terminal blades remain protected during the servicing of the connector assembly.
Electrical junction box and wire harness
An electrical junction box includes a conductive input busbar, a conductive output busbar electrically connectable to the input busbar, a semiconductor relay electrically connected to the input busbar and the output busbar and configured to switch a connected state and a disconnected state of the input busbar and the output busbar, a substrate having mounted thereon a control circuit configured to output a control signal for controlling the semiconductor relay, and a control terminal electrically connecting the control circuit and the semiconductor relay to each other to output the control signal to the semiconductor relay. The semiconductor relay is mounted on at least one of the input busbar and the output busbar. The input busbar, the output busbar, and the semiconductor relay are disposed away from the substrate.
Enclosure for Electronics
An enclosure for electronics comprises a shell. The shell defines an exterior of the enclosure and accommodated a main chamber inside the shell. The enclosure comprises a partition defining a relief chamber extending inwardly of the shell. The partition has a relief aperture communicating between the relief chamber and the main chamber. The partition has a gas-permeable barrier membrane arranged to cover the aperture. The shell has an opening communicating between the relief chamber and the exterior of the enclosure. The enclosure is suitable for vehicle-mounted radar sensor electronics. The enclosure may provide IP6K6K environmental sealing.
RESIN STRUCTURE AND WIRE HARNESS
A resin structure has an insertion portion through which an electric wire runs. The resin structure includes a first resin body and a second resin body to be attached to the first resin body in an attaching direction so as to cover the opening portion. The first resin body includes a first wall portion forming a part of a wall portion perpendicular to the attaching direction, and a first insertion portion provided in the first wall portion and forming a part of the insertion portion. The second resin body includes a second wall portion forming another part of the wall portion, and a second insertion portion provided in the second wall portion and forming another portion of the insertion portion. When the first resin body and the second resin body are attached to each other, the insertion portion is disposed in the wall portion of the resin structure.

A gasket with at least one integral electrical connector adapted for an assembly includes an elastomeric gasket main body adapted to seal a joint between one or more assembly components and a cover, and at least one electrical connector extending through and formed integrally with the elastomeric gasket main body so as to provide power or electric signals to at least one electrical component of the assembly.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
An electrical junction box includes an electronic component including a component main body and a terminal protruding from the component main body, a block including a mating terminal configured to be connected to the terminal and a block main body configured to accommodate the mating terminal and a case having a box shape and configured to accommodate the electronic component and the block. The component main body of the electronic component is provided with a first locking portion. The block is provided with a second locking portion. The case is provided with a third locking portion configured to be engaged with the first locking portion and a fourth locking portion configured to be engaged with the second locking portion.
RESIN STRUCTURE
A resin structure includes first and second resin bodies including first and second wall portions and first and second engagement portions, respectively. One of the first engagement portions engages with one of the second engagement portions and form a first engaging part. Another one of the first engagement portions engages with another one of the second engagement portions and form a second engaging part. The first engaging part is positioned on a further front side than the second engaging part in an attaching direction of the second resin body to the first resin body. When the second resin body is rotated toward the first resin body with the first engaging part as a center of rotation and with the one of the first engagement portions being engaged with the one of the second engagement portions, the first wall portion is prevented from interfering with the second wall portion.
ELECTRIC JUNCTION BOX AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
In an electric junction box, both first locking portions and second locking portions are provided in one accommodation portion. The first locking portions are capable of locking an FL holder when the FL holder is inserted from an upper opening toward a lower opening. The second locking portions are capable of locking an FL holder when the FL holder is inserted from the lower opening toward the upper opening. Accordingly, the FL holders can be inserted into the same accommodation portion from the upper opening and the lower opening.

A drip-proof structure includes an upper wall of a connector body and an inclined face, the connector body being configured to be mounted to protrude in a canopy-like fashion from a panel-like object extending in a vertical direction and to extend in a traverse direction for a length equal to or greater than a width of a component mount area located below to block liquid from falling onto the component mount area, the inclined face being provided on an upper face of the upper wall and extending from a tip portion side to the panel-like object side of the connector body, the inclined face being inclined downward, with respect to the traverse direction, from a top position toward a side edge of the upper face to a terminal position positioned with a gap from the side edge to guide liquid received by the upper wall to the terminal position.

Provided is an electrical junction box for use in a vehicle that includes: a fit-in housing in which a plurality of fuses are fitted from one side; and a plurality of fuse terminals that connect the fuses fitted in the fit-in housing to a substrate, the electrical junction box comprising a holding body that is plate-shaped, is arranged so as to be opposed to an opposite surface of the fit-in housing that is opposite to the one side, and holds one-end portions of the fuse terminals that are close to the fit-in housing. The remaining portions of the fuse terminals other than the one-end portions are not held and are released.
