The case includes: an protrusion member that has a sealing surface protruded to surround the opening; and a rib that is protruded on an opposite side of the opening with the protrusion member interposed therebetween. The rib has a discharge surface that is connected to the sealing surface of the protrusion member. The first cover member has an extension member that extends along the rib. The discharge surface of the rib is located to be lower than the sealing surface of the protrusion member while the case is arranged with the opening facing upward, and the extension member of the first cover member extends to be lower than the discharge surface of the rib.

A vehicle includes a vehicle body, a vehicle seat, an inverter and an inverter cover. The vehicle body defines a vehicle interior. The vehicle seat is disposed on a floor of the vehicle interior. The inverter has a housing fixed to the floor of the vehicle interior at a location underneath the vehicle seat. The inverter cover is detachably attached to the inverter housing.

The connector-attached board is provided with a circuit board, a connector that is fixed to the circuit board and that engages with a mating connector, and an attachment that is attached to the connector. The shield case surrounds the circuit board and is provided with an upper short wall portion and a lower short wall portion that include a connector opening for facing the connector outside. The attachment is provided with a waterproof portion that covers the periphery of an engagement surface of the connector that faces the mating connector, and the waterproof portion is provided with a waterproof wall that covers the periphery of the connector and the mating connector.

Arrangement structure of auxiliary machine for vehicle

A vehicular auxiliary machine is disposed between seats arranged side by side in a vehicular width direction of a vehicle body. A bracket is a member on which the vehicular auxiliary machine is mounted, and which is fixed to the vehicle body. The vehicular auxiliary machine includes a harness connecting portion disposed in such a way as to locate on a side of one of the seats. The bracket includes a base surface and a pair of vertical wall portions. INVERTER

An inverter includes a case, and the case includes an upper case and a lower case attached to a bottom surface side of the upper case. The upper case includes a flange portion constituting an attachment portion of the lower case, and a connector connecting portion to which a connector is connected. The connector connecting portion includes an outer wall portion that forms an outer wall of the connector connecting portion. At least a part of the flange portion and at least a part of the outer wall portion are disposed so as to overlap each other in a direction in which the connector connecting portion and the structure face each other.
