BROILER PAN FEEDER
An adjustable feeder pan system for feeding poultry and a related method is provided. The feeder pan system includes a cone portion, an excluder portion that includes a number of anti-rake and radially disposed fins, a skirt, a feed pan, a cap, and optionally a feed shut-off component. The cone includes a pair of stops that may selectively engage with one of a number of pairs of corresponding slots of varying depths on the excluder portion so as to provide multiple feed levels as desired and depending upon the size and age of the poultry being fed.
Apparatus, liquid reservoir, system, and use of a liquid reservoir for electrolessly sprinkling animal feed
The present invention relates to an apparatus for electrolessly sprinkling animal feed. The apparatus comprises a housing, a mount for a liquid reservoir with a mechanically actuatable spray head, and a transmission element. The transmission element is movably mounted in the housings and configured to be moved by a conveying system. The transmission element comprises a section actuating the spray head, said section being configured to transmit movement of the transmission element to the spray head. The invention further relates to a liquid reservoir, a system, and a use of the liquid reservoir.
Systems and methods for facilitating seed feeder filling
A bird feeding system that can be filled after pressing a release button on a cap assembly connected to a body that includes a reservoir. The cap assembly may be opened to provide access to the reservoir. A lid of the cap assembly is released by depressing a first side of the release button. The lid is moved from a closed position to an open position using a bias of a spring assembly upon the release of the lid. The lid moves from the closed position to the open position along a rotation path created by a hinge at a second side. The lid is held in the open position by the spring bias, and the open position provides access to the reservoir through the cap opening. Birdseed is received through the cap opening into the reservoir.

BARN-TYPE POULTRY FARMING SYSTEM
A barn-type poultry farming system comprising, on a supporting frame, at least one multistorey battery of farming cages. At one side of the multistorey battery there is an inspection corridor and at another side there is a free area on which the poultry can walk and for transit to cages of different farming levels, the cages being open and provided with perches on the side directed toward the free area.

Oriole bird feeder with tapered port access channel and integrated perch
An Oriole bird feeder having a nectar reservoir with a base and a tapered port, and preferably a tapered port/perch assembly, is provided. The bird feeder allows Orioles and other similarly sized members of the Icterid family of birds to land on the perch and access the nectar in the reservoir base while, due to the diminishing taper of the opening in the tapered port, simultaneously preventing average sized Italian, Carniolan and Caucasian honey bees from entering the reservoir base through the port to obtain the nectar where they subsequently become trapped and perish.
Feeding device for poultry animals
A feeding device for poultry animals having an upper feed provision element with an elongated expansion disposed so that poultry animals can reach the feed in the upper feed provision element from the access platform. The feeding device having at least one lower feed provision element disposed underneath the upper feed provision element during operation, wherein the lower feed provision element is arranged and designed so that during operation poultry animals can reach the feed in the lower feed provision element from a floor, and wherein the lower feed provision element is arranged and designed so that the lower feed provision element is supplied with feed provided in the upper feed provision element.
Infrastructure arrangement for a farm animal shed and method for providing same
An infrastructure arrangement and method for a farm animal shed includes a stationary position determination network having multiple optics-free position determination network points and at least one autonomous shed vehicle. The autonomous shed vehicle has a drive and a charging interface for the drive, an optics-free position determination apparatus, a coupling apparatus for detachably securing various functional units, and a control unit. The infrastructure arrangement and method also includes at least one charging station for charging the drive of the autonomous shed vehicle, at least one fitting station for fitting the autonomous shed vehicle with various functional units and/or work materials, and at least one data transmission unit, wherein the control unit of the autonomous shed vehicle is designed to take information of the position determination apparatus and of the data transmission unit as a basis for generating a schedule for the autonomous shed vehicle.
