BELT DEFLECTOR
The invention relates to a belt deflector with a main element (100) that can be attached to the structure of a vehicle, and with a belt support element (200) that is movable relative to the main element (100) and forms a support surface (231) or support edge for a safety belt (20) to be deflected.
According to the invention, the belt deflector comprises an intermediate element (300, 400) that is deformed when the movable belt support element (200) is moved relative to the main element (100), in the direction of the intermediate element (300, 400), and because of this deformation is pressed against the safety belt (20).
WEBBING LENGTH ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A webbing length adjustment device has an outer shell, an adjustment assembly, and an elastic member. The adjustment assembly is disposed in and is moveable relative to the outer shell, and has an operating member having a lateral pressing plate portion and a sliding member moving relative to the operating member. The lateral pressing plate portion is formed on the operating member, is located above the outer shell, and is located beside the second through hole for giving more areas to exert force easily and operate conveniently. The lateral pressing plate portion is located at an outer side of a first webbing. There is no interference between the first webbing and user's hand. The elastic member is disposed in the outer shell, and is connected to the outer shell and the operating member for giving a restoring force to the operating member. The outer shell is hard to damage.
RESTRAINT SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
The invention relates to a restraint system for a vehicle seat, comprising a webbing belt element for restraining an occupant of the vehicle seat, further comprising a guide belt element which is guided continuously on a guideway, the holding element being securely connected to a first section of the guide belt element, wherein the webbing belt element is passed through a cutout of the holding element, wherein by means of a movement of the self-contained guide belt element on the guideway in a first direction of rotation the holding element is continuously adjustable within an adjustment section of the guideway from a second maximum position to a first maximum position.
Seatbelt guide assembly
An assembly includes a webbing. The assembly includes a first webbing guide receiving the webbing. The assembly includes a second webbing guide receiving the webbing and releasably secured to the first webbing guide. The assembly includes an actuator. The assembly includes a cable secured to the actuator and to the second webbing guide.
MOVING DEVICE
In a lift-up buckle device, a movement resistance adjustment portion is provided on an outer circumferential surface of a drive screw. The movement resistance adjustment portion is formed by a first screw segment, a second screw segment, and a third screw segment on which are formed male screw threads that each have mutually different thread precisions. Because of this, when, as a result of the drive screw being rotated, a slider is moved in the longitudinal direction of the drive screw, the ease with which the drive screw can be rotated changes in accordance with the respective thread precisions of the first screw segment, the second screw segment, and the third screw segment.
SEAT STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE
A seat structure for a vehicle comprises a seat, a seat rail comprising a lower rail and an upper rail, and an anchor bracket fixing an anchor (a first anchor) of a seatbelt device to the upper rail. The anchor bracket includes a first bracket provided with a first bottom portion fixed to the upper rail and a first side portion rising upwardly from the first bottom portion and a second bracket provided with a second bottom portion fixed to the upper rail, a second side portion rising upwardly from the second bottom portion, and an anchor attachment portion where the anchor is attached. The first side portion and the second side portion are joined together, overlapping each other in a vehicle width direction, and the first bracket extends forwardly beyond the second bracket.
Buckle device
A buckle device including: a buckle that is configured to engage with a tongue of a seatbelt device, a cover member that includes a first member and a second member for assembly together, and at which the buckle is provided; an elongated member that is anchored to the first member at a length direction leading end portion of the elongated member, and a retention section that is provided at the first member, and that is configured to engage a portion of the elongated member that is further toward a length direction base end side of the elongated member than the length direction leading end portion.
Motor vehicle
A motor vehicle (1) has a seat (7), a seatbelt (8), a deflector (5), longitudinal and vertical guide rails (2, 4), and first and second guide elements (3, 9). The seatbelt (8) is configured to secure a person seated in the seat (7) and is deflected by the deflector (5). The first guide element (3) is guided displaceably in a longitudinal direction (L) of the motor vehicle (1) in the longitudinal guide rail (2). The vertical guide rail (4) is fastened to the first guide element (3) and is displaced upon displacement of the first guide element (3). The second guide element (9) is guided displaceably in a vertical direction of the motor vehicle (1) in the vertical guide rail (4). The deflector (5) is fastened to the second guide element (9) so that the deflector (5) also is displaced upon displacement of the second guide element (9).
RESTRAINING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
A restraining system for restraining an occupant of a vehicle, the system including: an occupant supporting device for supporting the occupant, the occupant supporting device has a longitudinal direction along which an occupant is intended to be positioned; a blanket including at least one restraint belt each including a first end and a second end attachable to attachment members arranged on either side of the occupant supporting device such that each restraint belt extend in a transverse direction across the occupant supporting device, the attachment members are movable such that the position of each restraint belt is adjustable in the longitudinal direction, an activation control unit configured to receive a signal indicative of a vehicle collision, and in response to the received signal control a pre-tension device to increase the tension in the at least one restraint belt.
Webbing Height Adjustment Device
A webbing height adjustment device is applied to connect to a webbing of a seat belt system. The webbing height adjustment device has a top ring member, a locking assembly, and a positioning member. The locking assembly is moveably disposed outside the top ring member. The positioning member is disposed on the side surface of the top ring member, is clutched with the locking assembly, and has a positioning element and a combining portion. The positioning element is disposed on the top ring member. The combining portion is disposed on the positioning element and selectively holds the locking assembly for positioning. The webbing height adjustment device is easy to operate and automatically locks the webbing. The webbing height adjustment device can be adjusted continuously and occupies little space when not in use.
