Moreover, a method for controlling such belt retractor is provided.
Buckle device, seat mounting structure for buckle device, and vehicle seat belt device
A buckle device includes: a buckle body to which a tongue portion mounted on a three-point seat belt is to be connected; a connecting member that is flexible and that has a first longitudinal end portion connected to the buckle body; and a force limiter mechanism including a take-up shaft around which a second longitudinal end portion of the connecting member is wound, the take-up shaft being supported below the buckle body in a vertical direction of a vehicle so as to be rotatable relative to a vehicle seat or a vehicle body, and an energy absorbing member that is deformed by rotation of the take-up shaft.
Seatbelt retractor assembly
A seatbelt retractor includes a spool. The seatbelt retractor includes a torsion bar elongated along an axis within the spool and defining passages elongated parallel to the axis, the passages spaced from each other surrounding the axis.
BELT RETRACTOR WHICH HAS A FORCE-LIMITING DEVICE AND A DECOUPLING DEVICE
The invention relates to a belt retractor for a seat belt of a motor vehicle, comprising a belt shaft (2) which is rotatably mounted in a housing frame (1), a profiled head (3) which can be locked relative to the housing frame (1), and a force-limiting device (4), wherein the force-limiting device (4) is coupled on the one hand to the profiled head (3) and on the other hand to the belt shaft (2) and wherein the force-limiting device (4) allows a force-limited rotation of the belt shaft (2) relative to the locked profiled head (3), characterized by an actively releasable decoupling device (5).
Webbing retractor
A webbing retractor includes a spool, a motor, a force limiter mechanism, a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a ratchet gear, a pawl body and a control section. The ratchet gear is provided at one of the first rotating body or the second rotating body. The pawl body is provided at another of the first rotating body or the second rotating body. The pawl body can engage with the ratchet gear in a case in which the first rotating body rotates toward one side, and engagement of the pawl body with the ratchet gear being cancelled in a case in which the first rotating body rotates toward another side. The control section drives the motor to rotate in reverse, such that the first rotating body rotates toward another side in a case in which a physical amount relating to load of the passenger exceeds a predetermined value during forward rotational driving.
LOAD-LIMITING SEATBELT RETRACTOR
A restraint system includes a retractor housing; a spool rotatably coupled to the retractor housing and defining an axis of rotation; a torsion bar elongated along the axis of rotation and positioned coaxially in the spool; a cylinder elongated along the axis of rotation, extending coaxially around the torsion bar, and positioned coaxially in the spool; and a cutter fixed to the spool, the cutter including a cutting edge engaging the cylinder.
Seatbelt retractor assembly
A seatbelt retractor includes a spool elongated along an axis. The seatbelt retractor includes a cylinder supported in the spool and having a thread. The seatbelt retractor includes a torsion bar in the cylinder and having a thread engaged with the thread of the cylinder. The seatbelt retractor includes a stopper supported by the torsion bar at the thread of the torsion bar and spaced from the cylinder.
