Seatbelt anchor
A seatbelt anchor includes an attachment portion. The seatbelt anchor includes a seatbelt support portion spaced from the attachment portion to define a slot therebetween. The seatbelt anchor includes a pair of connecting portions spaced from each other with the slot disposed therebetween and connecting the attachment portion to the seatbelt support portion and including a lattice structure that is plastically deformable relative to the attachment portion and the seatbelt support portion.
Load-limiting seatbelt retractor
A seatbelt retractor includes a housing and a spool rotatably supported by the housing. A torsion bar has a first end and a second end. The first end of the torsion bar is fixed to the spool, and the second end of the torsion bar is fixable relative to the housing. The seatbelt retractor includes a magnet and a rotor disposed adjacent the magnet. One of the magnet and the rotor being fixed relative to the spool and the other of the magnet and the rotor being rotatable relative to the spool. The rotor includes a conductive material.

Seat belt retractor with load limiting stop mechanism
A seat belt retractor comprises a rotatable spool on which seat belt webbing is wound. The spool is rotatable in a webbing withdrawal direction and an opposite webbing retraction direction. The seat belt retractor also comprises a pretensioner actuatable to rotate the spool in the webbing retraction direction and a load-limiting system to limit a load applied to a vehicle occupant by the seat belt webbing. The load-limiting system includes a torsion bar mounted such that the torsion bar is twisted when a load in excess of a predetermined load is applied to the spool in the webbing withdrawal direction by the seat belt webbing. The bad-limiting system also includes a stop assembly actuatable to limit rotation of the spool in the webbing withdrawal direction to a predetermined number of rotations while the torsion bar is being twisted. The stop assembly is actuated upon actuation of the pretensioner.

WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE
A webbing take-up device is provided with a spool that is rotated in a pull-out direction as a result of a webbing of a seatbelt device being pulled out, a sliding contact surface that is provided on a side in a rotation axis direction of the spool, and a locking component that, as a result of the locking component being moved towards a locking side, causes rotation of the spool in the pull-out direction to be restricted, and in which a curved surface portion that bulges towards the sliding contact surface side is provided further toward an inner side than an outer peripheral edge side of the sliding contact surface side, and in which the curved surface portion is made to slide across the sliding contact surface by the movement of the locking component towards the locking side.
BELT RETRACTOR FOR A VEHICLE SAFETY BELT
The invention relates to a belt retractor (5) for a vehicle seat belt system, comprising a frame (10), a belt reel (14) which is rotatably arranged within the frame (10), and a locking system which can lock the belt reel in a webbing-sensitive manner, wherein the locking system includes an inertia pawl (30) which per se co-rotates with the belt reel (14) and is pivotable from a home position in which the belt reel is freely rotatable about a pivot axis (S) to a locking position, characterized in that a means to trigger pivoting of the inertia pawl (30) is provided which is responsive to exceeding a predetermined centrifugal force.
