System and method for removing light scattering film from the interior of a windshield
The present invention discloses a system and method for cleaning the light scattering film (LSF) from the surface of a windshield in a vehicle, and more particularly, is directed to a magnetically associated cleaning element that is moved across the interior surface of a windshield by an interactive magnetic force transmitted through the windshield, with magnets associated with the wiper assembly on the other side of the glass.
Cleaning device for a lidar sensor of a working device, including a vehicle
A cleaning device for a lidar sensor set-up. The cleaning device includes a movable cleaning element, and is configured, for a cleaning operation, to move the cleaning element over a window of the lidar sensor set-up, on a side facing away from the lidar sensor device and facing the field of view of the lidar sensor set-up. The movable cleaning element has an optical element. The optical element is configured to send back and, in particular, reflect back primary light from a transmitting path of the lidar sensor set-up, which is incident upon the optical element, into a receiving path of the lidar sensor set-up.
RECIPROCATING WINDSHIELD WIPER
A windshield wiper includes a support structure, a scrubbing wiper assembly, and a motor. The scrubbing wiper assembly is slidably attached to the support structure and has a central longitudinal axis extending in the elongate direction between a first end and a spaced apart second end. The scrubbing wiper assembly includes a slider element and a wiper blade rigidly secured to the slider element. The motor is mounted to the support structure and is engaged with the slider element to reciprocally move the scrubbing wiper blade along the central longitudinal axis. The reciprocation can impart a linear torque to the slider element. Methods of cleaning and polishing a windshield using a windshield wiper are also included.
WIPER SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
A wiper system for a vehicle includes: a glass wiper disposed on a window glass of a vehicle; a motor providing driving power to the glass wiper; a camera capturing images of surroundings of the vehicle; and a camera wiper disposed on a camera lens of the camera and connected to the motor by a linkage to operate in association with the glass wiper such that the camera wiper swings back and forth over the camera lens while the glass wiper swings back and forth over the window glass.
WIPER BLADE
A wiper blade is presented having a wiper strip, a primary frame, and a pair of secondary frames. The primary frame having a connection device capable of connecting the wiper blade to a wiper arm disposed on a top side of the primary frame, and a connection structure disposed, on opposite ends of the primary frame. The pair of secondary frame, each have a central pivot connection portion and two leg portions extending from the central pivot connection portion, a pivot structure disposed on the central pivot connection portion of the secondary frames wherein the pivot structure of the secondary frames are connected to the connection structures on the ends of the primary frame. A wiper blade is also presented having a wiper strip, a force distribution structure having opposite ends, and a cover.
System for a wiper arm and a wiper arm
A system for a wiper arm comprises an attachment which may be, for example, a nozzle bar, wherein the attachment comprises a snap-in means and a channel, wherein the system further comprises a wiper rod, wherein the wiper rod comprises a snap-in means which is complementary to the snap-in means of the attachment. The system is configured such that the wiper rod can be inserted into the channel and then slid along the longitudinal axis of the channel in a direction (sliding direction) so far, until the snap-in means interlock, thereby preventing or limiting movement of the wiper rod within the channel and thus fixing the attachment to the wiper rod.
Wiper blade for vehicle
A wiper blade for a vehicle includes a wiper arm having one end installed at a windshield glass side and configured to rotate, and the other end at which an installation bracket is provided, a blade mounted on the installation bracket of the wiper arm and configured to clean a windshield glass, and a nozzle installed on an assembling part extending outward from the installation bracket of the wiper arm, the nozzle being positioned between the assembling part and the blade and configured to spray a cleaning liquid in a longitudinal direction in which the blade extends.
Windscreen wiper device for a vehicle
The invention concerns a windscreen wiper device (2; 28, 30; 74; 78) for a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle. The windscreen wiper device (2; 28, 30; 74; 78) comprises an elongate upper part (10) which is designed to be at least partially flexible. It further comprises an elongate lower part (12) which is designed to be at least partially flexible. Further present are a plurality of connection elements (18) for connecting the upper part (10) and the lower part (12), the connection elements (18) being disposed at spacings from each other along a longitudinal extension (8) of the windscreen wiper device (2; 28, 30; 74; 78) and secured to the lower part (12) by means of swivel joints (20; 122, 130).
WIPER DEVICE
A wiper device includes a pivot shaft, a pivot holder, a water receiving cap and a washer. The pivot holder includes a pivot support portion and a mounting leg. The pivot support portion pivotally supports the pivot shaft. The water receiving cap includes a boss portion and an umbrella portion. The boss portion is fitted onto the pivot support portion. The washer is fixed to a circumference of the pivot shaft at a portion projecting from a distal end of the pivot support portion. At least part of the boss portion overlaps the washer in an axial direction. The umbrella portion includes a projection that projects in the axial direction. The projection opposes the mounting leg in a circumferential direction without engaging the mounting leg in the axial direction.
COMPONENT-INTEGRATED TAILGATE HANDLE SWITCH FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle is provided that includes a wiper-integrated tailgate handle switch mounted to a window glass of a tailgate. The wiper-integrated tailgate handle switch includes a tailgate handle switch, which is configured to press a current carrying switch arranged in the internal space thereof using the height of an insertion space defined by a difference in height between transverse and longitudinal bodies of a handle switch housing, and a wiper. Therefore, a degree of freedom in design of the tailgate is increased which improves the aesthetic of the tailgate by removing the tailgate handle switch from the tailgate.
