POWER TRANSMISSION UNIT
[Problem] A power transmission unit that improves quietness of a gear mechanism and prevents a size of the unit from increasing when a brake rotor is installed around an input shaft of the gear mechanism.
[Solution] The power transmission unit includes an electric driving motor with a motor shaft, a gear mechanism, and an output shaft, which are accommodated in a transmission housing, wherein the power of the motor shaft is transmitted to the output shaft via the gear mechanism. The gear mechanism has a gear shaft rotatably supported on the transmission housing and a first helical gear provided on the gear shaft. The power transmission unit further includes a connecting member provided with a tubular portion fitted to the motor shaft and the gear shaft so as to allow the motor shaft and the gear shaft to synchronously rotate. The connecting member is integrally provided with a brake rotor on the outer periphery thereof.
Hydraulic transaxle
A hydraulic transaxle of the present invention includes an axle, a hydraulic static transmission (“HST”), a center case that has pair of oil passages for circulating the hydraulic oil between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, and a gear mechanism that transmits an output of the HST to the axle. A case supports the axle and accommodates the HST while also forming an oil reservoir. A hydraulic motor of the HST includes a motor shaft, a cylinder block with a plurality of cylinders fixed to the motor shaft, a plurality of pistons inserted into the cylinders, a fixed swash plate abutted by the plurality of pistons, and a fixed swash plate holder that supports the fixed swash plate with respect to the case. The motor shaft of the hydraulic motor is supported by the center case and the fixed swash plate holder.
TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND WHEELED VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A TRANSMISSION DEVICE
The invention relates to a transmission device (1) comprising a housing (2), two electric motors (3) arranged outside the housing (2) and each provided with a motor shaft (4) projecting at least partially into the housing (2), an output shaft (5) formed by at least two shaft sections (51, 52) which are coaxial and mounted freely rotatable relative to one another, a motion transmission mechanism (6) configured to transmit the rotational motion of one of the motor shafts (4) to one of the shaft sections (51, 52) of the output shaft (5) and the rotational motion of the other of the motor shafts (4) to the other of the shaft sections (51, 52) of the output shaft (5), the transmission mechanism (6) and the output shaft (5) being housed at least partially within the housing (2). The housing (2) is made of synthetic material, the motors (3) are connected to one another by at least one connecting element (7) forming a bridge and the transmission device (1) comprises at least one stop (8) for limiting the rotational movement of the assembly formed by the motors (3) and the connecting element(s) (7) about an axis parallel to at least one of the motor shafts (4).
Selectable four-wheel drive system
A drive system for a vehicle having a rear drive assembly powered by a first power source, a front drive assembly in selective electrical communication with a second power source, a selector switch to selectively permit or prevent electrical communication between the front drive assembly and the second power source, and an output capacity sensor to detect an output of the first power source, where the rear drive assembly drives the vehicle when the selector switch is in a first position and both the rear and front drive assemblies drive the vehicle when the selector switch is in a second position and the output capacity sensor detects that the output of the first power source meets a threshold output.
FLEXIBLE MOWER DECK
A flexible mower deck includes a center deck with a plurality of rotary cutting blades rotated by a belt engaging a driven pulley for each blade. A first wing deck and a second wing deck are pivotably attached to a first end and a second end of the center deck. Each of the wing decks are pivotable between a lowered mowing position and a raised transport position. A height of cut mechanism on each of the first and second wing decks raises and lowers the wing deck and includes a four bar caster wheel level mechanism holding a caster wheel sleeve in front of the wing deck in vertical alignment at any height of cut.
Stand-on mower folding platform system
A mower system that includes a stand-on rider platform system that includes a folding rider platform pivotally coupled to the mower frame and a folding rider platform suspension system that includes a resilient member adapted to engage with the folding rider platform while the folding rider platform is in a folded-down position. The stand-on rider platform system can also include a rider presence sensor adapted to engage with the folding rider platform while the folding rider platform is in the folded-down position.
USER-SCALABLE POWER UNIT INCLUDING REMOVABLE BATTERY PACKS
A riding lawn mower comprising, a pair of rear drive wheels, a pair of front wheels, a deck positioned between the pair of front wheels and the pair of rear drive wheels, a rotatable cutting blade, and multiple battery packs removably coupled to the riding lawn mower and structured to provide power to the riding lawn mower, each battery pack graspable and removable by a user, wherein the multiple battery packs jointly provide power to the riding lawn mower.
Electric Work Vehicle
An electric work vehicle includes a battery container provided in a traveling vehicle body and including a guiding unit, and a battery pack removably attached to the battery container and including a guided unit. A pair of rollers are provided in one of the guiding unit and the guided unit, and a pair of engaging portion to be engaged with the rollers are provided in the other of the guiding unit and the guided unit. When the battery pack is loaded or unloaded onto/from the battery container at the loading/unloading position, the rollers engage with the engaging portions, thereby functioning as pivot fulcrums for enabling the battery pack to pivot for loading and unloading.
Electric Work Vehicle and Mower Unit
An electric work vehicle includes: a battery accommodating portion that is provided in the vehicle body and accommodates a battery; a first connector provided on the battery accommodating portion; a second connector provided on the battery; and an operating tool for moving the battery and the second connector, and switching from a pre-attachment orientation in which the second connector opposes the first connector to an attachment orientation in which the second connector is joined to the first connector.
