Disclosed is a self-powered vehicle utilized in the field of agriculture, property maintenance, landscaping for use with estate or condominium ground maintenance. It is used for spraying pesticides, herbicides, fertilizer and the like and also for application of similar products in granular form, but further serves as a maintenance platform around a larger industrial facility. Its main payload area is also used for cargo and product transport. It offers high mobility and maneuverability. It is powered with gearhead motors connected to its drive wheels with batteries as its power source. They are charged by an engine driven generator all of which is mounted on the vehicle. Directional control is achieved by the use of a motorcycle handle bar in combination with rotary potentiometers. Each potentiometer controls pulse width of a pulse width modulator thereby controlling the speed of a gearhead motor. The vehicle is optionally a walk behind device but may be provided with a seat behind the handle bar.

A dual-step snow sweeper includes a body, on which a driving device, a self-propelled device, a snow sweeping device, and a handrail control device are arranged. The driving device drives the operation of the self-propelled device and the snow sweeping device, the snow sweeping device includes a snow scraping mechanism and a snow throwing mechanism, and the driving device includes at least one motor which is powered by a power supply device. The power supply device can use battery supply separately, and can supply power by being connected with alternating current through an AC-DC power supply system as well, or operate in such a way that the AC directly drives an AC motor.

A roof coating sprayer including a cart assembly and a sprayer assembly. The cart assembly has a frame with a plurality of wheels. The frame has a sprayer support assembly with a lateral member, and vertical spray nozzle attachment members arranged along the lateral member. The attachment members each mount a spray nozzle and can be vertically and horizontally shifted relative to the lateral member. The roof coating sprayer can be pulled over the surface of a roof at a uniform rate, enabling a coating of a uniform thickness to be sprayed on the roof. Additionally, the cart assembly can be self-propelled, enabling a uniform rate of speed for the cart and thereby enabling uniform application of coating.

A self-propelled single axis motor driven work machine for propelling and/or for driving communal or agricultural work devices mounted on a mounting device. A drive motor is fastened to an undercarriage or machine chassis, and a drive axle protrudes transversely of the direction of movement from both sides of the undercarriage or machine chassis and is hydraulically driven by the drive motor. The drive axle has at both ends a wheel connected to a drive shaft which is connected on the operator's side thereof to the undercarriage and machine chassis with mounted guide rods for manually steering the work machine and for arranging an actuating member for operating and controlling drive units having hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, for driving and steering the wheels of the drive axle. The hydraulic pump connected for steering to the actuating member includes an adjusting member which is coupled adjustably to a control shaft that is mounted to a frame that is mounted to the undercarriage or machine chassis so as to be pivotable about an axis approximately perpendicular to the ground.
