Secondary spring having an integrated transverse stop
A secondary spring for a rail vehicle springs a wagon body of the rail vehicle on the chassis of the rail vehicle. The secondary spring is divided along a predefined axis into a first and at least one further, second section. The first section is configured to be axially stiff and springy orthogonally to the predefined axis, and the second section is configured to be stiff orthogonally to the predefined axis and axially springy. The secondary spring contains at least one horizontal stop, which is arranged on the secondary spring such that a force which acts on the horizontal stop orthogonally to the predefined axis is introduced into the secondary spring between the first and the second section.

Restricting member and railcar including restricting member
A restricting member is configured to restrict abnormal rising of a carbody when an air spring expands by a predetermined amount or more. The restricting member includes: a base portion; a contact portion provided at the base portion and configured to be brought into contact with a lower surface of a bogie frame when the air spring expands by the predetermined amount or more; and a temporary fastening portion formed at the base portion. The temporary fastening portion is configured to be attachable to and detachable from a temporary fastened portion formed at a side surface of a center pin extending downward from a carbody.

WHEEL LOAD ADJUSTING APPARATUS OF RAILCAR
A wheel load adjusting apparatus used in a railcar, and the railcar includes: first and second air springs arranged between a carbody and a first bogie so as to be spaced apart from each other in a car width direction; third and fourth air springs arranged between the carbody and a second bogie so as to be spaced apart from each other in the car width direction; and first to fourth automatic level controlling valves provided upstream of the first four air springs and configured to adjust heights of the four air springs to maintain constant height of the air springs, wherein when the railcar passes through a curve, the wheel load adjusting apparatus limits an air supply/air discharge operation of at least one of the four automatic level controlling valves to suppress an increase in a pressure difference between at least two of the four air springs.

Spring lock for secondary spring
A spring lock for a secondary spring that is arranged between the car body and the under frame of a rail vehicle. A spring locking element is provided which in the mounted state is supported on the car body and projects through a cutout and is connected to the secondary spring in such a way that it is prevented from extending. This facilitates the mounting of anti-wear washers under the secondary spring to a considerable degree.
