Milk conduit, a milk conduit device, a milk-receiving member and a milking member
The invention is directed to a milk conduit, a milk conduit device, a milk-receiving member and a milking member, wherein a milk conduit includes a first end portion for connection to a milk-receiving member, the first end portion including an inner sleeve section made of a first material and an outer sleeve section joined to the inner sleeve section and made of a second material, which is more rigid than the first material, and the outer sleeve section includes an outer peripheral surface and at least one projection extending outwardly from the outer peripheral surface, the projection having a peripheral extension of less than 180?, and engaged by a coupling member on the milk-receiving member.
RUBBER TEAT ELEMENT WITH FLEXIBLE HEAD GEOMETRY
The invention relates to a rubber teat element (1) having a head part (2) and a shank part (3), which is connected to the head part (2). The head part (2) has a lateral surface (5) and an introduction opening (6) for an animal's teat, wherein the introduction opening (6) is delimited by an inwardly oriented lip (4). The lateral surface (5) has at least one expansion region (7), which extends over at least part of a lateral-surface circumference (8) and at least part of a head-part length (9), wherein the lateral surface (5) is of undulating form, as seen in cross section, in the expansion region (7). The invention also relates to a teat cup and a milking cluster having a corresponding rubber teat element. The present invention provides a rubber teat element which, in particular in the case of small, thin and short animal teats, can be adapted to different teat geometries on account of the radial expansion capability of the head part.
MILK SEPARATION DEVICE
The invention relates to a milk separation device of a milking system for milking, in particular automated milking, of milk-producing animals. The milk separation device comprises a body, which has an inlet connection and an outlet connection, and a cover, which has a connection to a vacuum line. The body has an inwardly protruding balcony segment on an inner periphery, wherein the balcony segment forms a ramp helically in the peripheral direction so as to rise at a pitch angle with respect to the gravitational force of the earth.
Space divider of a milking parlor arrangement, and milking parlor arrangement
A space divider of a milking parlor arrangement for at least one milking parlor for milking milk-producing animals, wherein the space divider is arranged approximately parallel to a longitudinal axis of the animal to be milked, has an arm device having a milking cluster, which can be adjusted from a parking position to a working position and back. The arm device is arranged with the milking cluster in the parking position in the space divider and can be adjusted into the working position laterally to the animal to be milked between the front and rear legs thereof. The space divider is designed in such a way that no additional space is required between adjacent animals, so that many animals can be milked in a milking parlor arrangement while the smallest possible amount of space is required.
ROBOT AND METHOD FOR MILKING A COW BY THIS ROBOT
A milking robot comprises a movable arm having a length in a longitudinal direction, and at least one gripper swivably mounted to the movable arm such that it moves between a first position parallel to the movable arm's longitudinal direction and a second position at which the gripper extends sideways in a horizontal plane away from the movable arm's longitudinal direction.
Robot and method for milking a cow by this robot
A milking robot comprises a frame that is movable along a guide track that is positioned adjacent to a rotary platform such that the frame can move in conjunction with the movement of the rotary platform. The milking robot further comprises a moveable arm having a first end that couples to the frame and a second end that extends in a longitudinal direction, and at least one gripper coupled to the movable arm at the second end. The gripper is extendable in the longitudinal direction of the movable arm.
The space divider may include a replaceable service unit.
Claw for a milking machine
A claw (C) for a milking machine includes an enclosure having an upper part (1) and a lower part (2) and enclosing an inner space (3) for a milk flow during a milking operation. The lower part includes a bottom surface (4) facing the inner space. An outlet nipple (12), connected to a long milk conduit (13), extends outwardly from the upper part. A suction tube (20) connects the inner space to the outlet nipple, and includes a lower tube section close to the bottom surface. Three support legs extend from the lower tube section and abut the bottom surface, thereby forming a gap between the lower tube section and the bottom surface. Each support leg has an end point, which end points are located in a common lower plane. The common lower plane is inclined to the center axis.
Rubber teat element with flexible head geometry
The present invention provides a rubber teat element which, on account of the radial expandability of the head part, is able to adapt to different teat geometries, in particular in the case where an animal has small, thin and short teats. A teat cup and a milking cluster with a corresponding rubber teat element are also provided.
MILKING DEVICE FOR MILKING DAIRY CATTLE
A milking device for milking dairy cattle contains at least one teat cup which is connected to a milk-collecting container by a hose. In order to simplify the production of the milking device, at least one surface coming in contact with the milk or one component of the teat cup and/or of the milk-collecting container is made of an alloy that contains at least 50% Cu and, as a further alloying constituent, at least 2% Zn or at least 2% Sn.
