The trolley is pivotal on the front pair of wheels between a loading position, in which the front edge is in contact with the floor, a rear portion of the cradle extends vertically to the handle and the rear wheels are raised, and a the transport position, in which the transverse front edge is raised from the floor surface, the rear wheels are in contact with the floor and a front planar portion of the cradle extends horizontally rearwardly from the front edge over the front pair of wheels to the rear pair of wheels to be stably supported by both the front and rear wheels.

TRANSPORTABLE MACHINE INCLUDING A TRACK SYSTEM

A transportable machine includes an elongated frame having a top end and a bottom end, a handle disposed on the top end of the frame, a base disposed on the bottom end of the frame, a wheel disposed on the bottom end of the frame, a track coupled to the frame, the track including a roller and an endless belt configured to rotate about the roller, a motor coupled to the roller and operable to drive the endless belt, a power supply providing power to the motor, and a controller coupled to the power supply and the motor. The controller is configured to monitor the power supply, determine when the power supply is insufficient to climb a set of stairs, and in response to determining that the power supply is insufficient to climb the set of stairs, send a signal to alert a user, to shutoff the motor, or both.

VEHICLE COUPLING SYSTEM

A vehicle coupling system includes a first vehicle, a second vehicle, and a tow bar. The first vehicle includes a drive motor configured to propel the first vehicle and a lifting implement configured to support a product for movement. The second vehicle includes a lifting implement configured to support the product for movement. The tow bar is coupled to the first vehicle at a first end of the tow bar and coupled to the second vehicle at a second end of the tow bar opposite the first end. Responsive to the drive motor propelling the first vehicle, the tow bar exerts a force on the second vehicle to maintain a space between the second vehicle and the first vehicle.

The cart interface includes a first actuator to reposition the first pin independently of the second pin and is configured to hold the pin in either of a lowered position, a raised position above a lowered position and an intermediate position between the raised and lowered positions.
