Steering device and steering method
A steering device includes two motors each configured to generate a drive force that steers a steerable wheel of a vehicle and two controllers respectively corresponding to the two motors, each of the two controllers being configured to individually control a corresponding one of the motors. One of the two controllers is a first controller, and the other one of the two controllers is a second controller. The first controller is configured to calculate a command value corresponding to a total torque that should be generated in the two motors. The command value is divided into individual command values using a changeable distribution ratio set for each of the motors, the individual command values respectively corresponding to the motors. The two controllers are configured to respectively supply the motors with current corresponding to the individual command values.

The first bearing and the second bearing respectively include outer rings that are fitted to the housing and separated from each other in the center axis direction, and the first bearing and the second bearing are disposed to be a face-to-face combination.
Drive device-integrated rotary electric machine and electric power steering device using same
The invention includes a first power supply connector, which connects a first inverter unit that supplies a drive current to a first three-phase winding of a rotary electric machine to a first vehicle power supply, and a second power supply connector, which connects a first second inverter unit that supplies a drive current to a second three-phase winding of the rotary electric machine to a second vehicle power supply, wherein a voltage of the first vehicle power supply is higher than a voltage of the second vehicle power supply, and a current capacity of the first power supply connector is smaller than a current capacity of the second power supply connector.
Steering axle for an industrial truck, and industrial truck having the steering axle
A steering axle for steering the wheels on the axle of a four-wheel forklift truck by a hydraulic or electric steering device. The steering axle has an axle beam with first and second wheel carriers. The wheel carriers are arranged pivotably on the axle beam. A steering rod is connected, in articulated fashion, to the two wheel carriers in order to transmit steering movements. A steering actuator produces the steering movement and has an actuator housing. The actuator housing has at least one guide section for the passage of the steering rod through the actuator housing. The steering actuator has at least one sliding bearing device for the radial support of the steering rod on the at least one guide section.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A power transmission device including a housing and a ball screw device including a nut, a screw shaft, and a plurality of balls. The device includes a pulley device including a driving pulley configured to be driven by receiving power transmitted from a power source, a driven pulley fixed to the nut, and a belt wound around outer peripheral surfaces of the driving pulley and the driven pulley. The device also includes a first bearing and a second bearing disposed between the housing and the nut in a center axis direction parallel with a center axis of the nut; and a preload applying member configured to apply preloads to the first bearing and the second bearing. The first bearing and the second bearing are respectively disposed on both sides of the driven pulley to be a face-to-face combination, and each of the first bearing and the second bearing includes an outer ring engaged with the housing.
Steering control device and electric power steering device
A steering control device includes: an electric motor configured to apply an assist force to steering of a steering wheel; a torque sensor configured to detect steering torque of the steering wheel; a base target current setting unit configured to set a base driving force of the electric motor on the basis of the steering torque detected by the torque sensor; and an addition determination unit configured to determine whether a driving force larger than the base driving force is to be set, on the basis of a rotation speed of the electric motor.
