The present embodiments provide a steering apparatus including a sliding shaft that is built into a shaft housing and linearly moves in the axial direction, a shaft coupling member coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the sliding shaft and axially sliding together with the sliding shaft inside the shaft housing, a magnet coupling member having a built-in magnet inside, coupled to the shaft coupling member, and axially sliding together with the sliding shaft inside the shaft housing, a sliding support member fixed to the shaft housing and slidably coupled to the magnet coupling member at a lower end thereof, and a sensor member coupled to the sliding support member and to which a sensor for detecting a magnetic field change of the magnet and a circuit board are mounted.
Apparatus for use in turning steerable vehicle wheels
An apparatus for use in turning steerable vehicle wheels includes a steering column having a pinion connected with a vehicle steering wheel such that rotation of the steering wheel results in rotation of the pinion. An electrically powered steering unit includes an electric motor having a first output shaft rotatable about an axis. A first planetary gear stage has a first gear reduction ratio and is driven by the first output shaft. A second planetary gear stage is driven by the first planetary gear stage and the pinion and has a second gear reduction ratio different from the first gear reduction ratio. A second output shaft is driven by the second planetary gear stage and coupled to the steerable wheels such that rotation of the second output shaft affects steering of the vehicle wheels.
STEER-BY-WIRE STEERING APPARATUS
In a steer-by-wire steering apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention, a structure for preventing rotation of a sliding bar in order to allow the sliding bar to slide in the axial direction by the torque of a motor or a structure for determining a position to which the sliding bar moves can be more simply implemented, whereby the number of components can be reduced, the assembly process can be simplified, and the cost can be significantly reduced.
Control device for power steering device
Provided is a control device (14) for a power steering device including a steering mechanism (1) configured to transmit rotation of a steering wheel to a steered wheel, and an electric motor (13) configured to apply a steering force to the steering mechanism. The control device includes: a command signal calculation part (61) configured to calculate a motor command signal (Io) for control of driving of the electric motor, based on a state of steering of the steering wheel, and output the command signal to the electric motor; a vibration signal receiving part (69) configured to receive a vibration signal of the power steering device; and an abnormality determination part (63) configured to determine whether or not the power steering device is abnormal, based on a Y-axis acceleration signal (Gy) received by the vibration signal reception part.
STEER-BY-WIRE TYPE STEERING APPARATUS
The present embodiments may provide a steer-by-wire type steering apparatus which can significantly reduce production cost by reducing the number of components and simplifying the assembly procedure, by eliminating a pinion gear, etc., and sensing the position of a sliding bar on the basis of rotation information detected from a gear box which transfers the rotational force of a motor to the sliding bar.
Steering system
A steering system includes a housing, a steering operation shaft that is housed in the housing and configured to move in an axial direction to steer right and left steered wheels, a first drive source that generates a first drive force, a second drive source that generates a second drive force, a first power transfer unit that applies an axial force to the steering operation shaft with the first drive source, a second power transfer unit that applies an axial force to the steering operation shaft with the second drive force, a position detection sensor that is provided in the housing and detects an axial position of the steering operation shaft, and a control device that controls the first drive source and the second drive source using a detection result of the position detection sensor.
ELECTRIC POWER STEERING APPARATUS
An electric power steering apparatus includes: a pinion shaft connected to a steering shaft coupled to a steering wheel, the pinion shaft being configured to transmit an operation of the steering wheel by a driver; a rack bar elongated along a lateral direction of a vehicle, having a first screw recess defined with a predetermined length in a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the rack bar, and including, on one side, a rack gear coupled to and interlocked with the pinion shaft; a motor configured to generate a steering assist power in proportion to a steering torque applied to the steering wheel; and a roller screw unit rotatably engaged with and coupled to the first screw recess to transmit the steering assist power generated from the motor to the rack bar.
Electric drive device and electric power steering device
A power supplying-side terminal (38) has a power supplying-side hanging portion (38H) extending toward a surface of the circuit board (31), a power supplying-side extending portion (38E) bent from the power supplying-side hanging portion (38H) and extending outwards along the surface of the circuit board (31) and a power supplying-side standing portion (38S) bent from the power supplying-side extending portion (38E) and extending in a direction away from circuit board (31). A power receiving-side terminal (39) has a power receiving-side extending portion (39E) extending outwards along the surface of the circuit board (31) and a power receiving-side standing portion (39S) bent from the power receiving-side extending portion (39E) and extending in the direction away from circuit board (31). The power supplying-side standing portion (38S) and the power receiving-side standing portion (39S) overlap each other, and connected to each other so as to have electrical continuity.
Steering Device and Method for Producing a Steering Device
A steering device includes a steering housing configured to receive and/or to hold at least one steering component, the steering housing including at least one housing section that is made from synthetic material, and a sensor unit which is configured to detect at least one detection variable. The sensor unit is configured to detect a surface characteristic of the at least one steering component and/or to detect a foreign substance penetrating the steering housing. The sensor unit is connected in a bonded manner to the at least one housing section and is integrated and/or embedded at least to a large extent in the synthetic material of the at least one housing section.
HOUSING FOR ELECTRIC POWER STEERING DEVICE
A housing for an electric power steering device that has an electric motor, a speed reduction mechanism, a ball screw mechanism, and a rack bar. The housing has a first housing having a first end portion covering a part of the rack bar and a second end portion with a portion accommodating at least a part of the speed reduction mechanism. The first housing includes a rack bar insertion hole portion; an electric motor shaft insertion hole portion having a cylindrical shape on a radially outer side of the rack bar insertion hole portion, through which an electric motor shaft is inserted; and a fastening portion having an annular shape overlapping with an inner peripheral surface of the electric motor shaft insertion hole portion along the longitudinal direction of the rack bar when an axis extending in the rack bar longitudinal direction is viewed from a radially outer side.
