Front-end body

A front-end body is provided for a front end of a motor vehicle, wherein the front-end body has a first lateral supporting element and a second lateral supporting element. The lateral supporting elements are to be attached to a reference strut, which is provided on a base body, in order to align the front-end body with the base body. A transverse strut arrangement connects the first lateral supporting element and the second lateral supporting element such that an accommodation space, which is open in the vertical direction of the front-end body for accommodating an assembly, in particular a radiator assembly is formed between the first lateral supporting element and the second lateral supporting element. A stability element is detachably attached to the transverse strut arrangement at one end and can be indirectly or directly attached to the base body at the other end.

Cooling module support bracket

A bracket for a cooling module in a front end structure of a vehicle includes forward crash-box connection means, cooling module connection means, a rigid arm extending between the forward crash-box connection means at a forward side and the cooling module connection means at a rearward side; rear crash-box connection means; and a break-away arm extending from the rearward side of the rigid arm and the rear crash-box connection means.

A vehicle front structure in which a heat exchanger is disposed includes support frames in a left and right pair. The support frames extends in a front-rear direction and supports left and right ends of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a front supported portion and a rear supported portion. Each of the support frames includes a front support body and a rear support body supporting the front supported portion and the rear supported portion. The each of the support frames includes a front bent portion that is bent to protrude upward and a rear bent portion that is bent to protrude downward when a compressive load acts on the each of the support frame. When the front bent portion and the rear bent portion are bent, the rear supported portion is detached from the rear support body, and the heat exchanger approaches a vertical posture.

Airflow arrangement for cooling an electric work vehicle

An electric work vehicle includes a travel battery, an auxiliary battery, a motor drivable on electric power supplied by the travel battery, a travel device drivable by the motor, a voltage converter positioned forward of the travel battery to step down a voltage of electric power from the travel battery and supply the electric power to the auxiliary battery, and a radiator positioned forward of the travel battery, wherein the voltage converter and the radiator are laterally next to each other in a plan view.

Air flap having mixed-type door structure

The present invention relates to an air flap having a mixed-type door structure. The objective of the present invention is to provide an air flap having a mixed-type door structure. In terms of a door structure of an external air flap provided matching a bumper cover, an upper door, for which it is difficult to secure an upper operation space, is formed in a planar shape, whereas a lower door is formed in a cylindrical shape in the same manner as a door of a general external air flap, such that, on the whole, the air flap has a mixed-type door structure.

VEHICLE FRONT BODY REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE

The vehicle includes: a front reinforcement portion that connects the upper portions of the suspension tower portions in the vehicle width direction; a rear reinforcement portion that extends in the vehicle width direction and is disposed along a cowl portion located on the vehicle rear side of the suspension tower portions and is connected to the cowl portion; and a vehicle body reinforcement portion that is integrally provided with the front reinforcement portion and the rear reinforcement portion, connects the front reinforcement portion and the rear reinforcement portion, and includes a pair of outer reinforcement portions that are spaced apart from each other in the vehicle width direction.

Vehicle
