Provided is a vehicle front portion structure including: a right and left pair of front side members that are disposed on both vehicle width direction sides of a vehicle body front portion and extend along the vehicle front and rear direction; a cross member that is disposed between front end portions of the right and left pair of front side members and interconnects the front end portions in the vehicle width direction; a front-wheel-drive motor that is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the cross member; and a radiator that is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the cross member and on the vehicle front side of the motor and extends along the vehicle width direction and the vehicle up and down direction.

In one example, the cooling module assembly includes a first set of fins arranged in a circle, configured to flow a first fluid through a first sinusoidal, continuous inner passage, and a second set of fins, also arranged in a circle and configured to flow a second fluid through a second sinusoidal, continuous inner passage. The second set of fins shares a common plane with the first set of fins and is arranged concentric about the first set of fins.

The suspension member includes: a pair of side rails extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle; a front cross member that is disposed between the side rails and that extends in a vehicle-width direction; and a pair of connecting members that connects the front cross member and the side rails. Each of the connecting members has an upper plate, a lower plate, and a side plate. The upper plate is joined to an upper face of the side rail. The lower plate is joined to a lower face of the side rail. The lower plate and an upper face of the front cross member are joined together.

Attachment and connecting structure for vehicle component

An attachment is configured to connect a first connecting plate of a vehicle component to a second connecting plate of a vehicle body. The attachment includes a body, first, second and third flanges, and a press-fit insert. The attachment is of an elastically deformable material and is configured to be inserted into first and second through holes of the first and second connecting plates. The flanges engage the connecting plates when the attachment is inserted into the through holes. The body includes a hole extending longitudinally within the body to accommodate the press-fit insert. The press-fit insert has a diameter greater than the diameter of the hole to form a snug connection between the press-fit insert and the hole. The insertion of the press-fit insert into the hole elastically deforms the attachment to urge the body radially against the connecting plates to provide a robust connection between the connecting plates.

A structural cooling assembly for a vehicle includes a housing defining a first pocket between a front face and a back face. The housing comprising a single integrated part including a fluid reservoir portion, a vane portion, a fan shroud portion, a bolster portion, and at least one mounting portion mountable to a frame of a vehicle. A condenser is mounted within the first pocket, a charge air cooler is mounted in a second lower packet, a fan assembly is mounted within the fan shroud portion and a radiator is mounted to the back face.

At least two projections, each of which is projected to the rear of a vehicle and extends in the vehicle width direction, are provided on a vehicle rear surface of the upper section. The cable is arranged in a space that is defined by the two projections and the vehicle rear surface of the upper section. In this way, it is possible to provide the vehicle front structure capable of suppressing increases in mass and cost while preventing access to the cable.

What is provided is a front end structure which can secure a strength and rigidity of a frame portion and reduce a weight thereof. The front end structure includes a frame portion (45), a vehicle body mounting portion (46), and a duct portion (42). The frame portion is formed to cover outer peripheral portions of a radiator and a condenser disposed in front of the vehicle body. The vehicle body mounting portion is provided on the frame portion and is connected to a front end of a front side frame (23) which extends in a forward and rearward direction of a vehicle body. The duct portion is continuous with the front end of the frame portion, and at least a part thereof is disposed above the vehicle body mounting portion and forms a continuous flow path between the duct portion and the condenser in a vertical direction. The frame portion, the vehicle body mounting portion, and the duct portion are integrally formed.

A front end structure according to an aspect of the present invention includes a frame portion 41 that surrounds an outer circumferential part of a heat exchanger and supports the heat exchanger; a duct portion 42 that is connected to an inner circumferential edge of the frame portion 41 and guides outside air, which is taken in through a first introduction port 61, in at least an up-down direction through a space between the duct portion 42 and a front surface of the heat exchanger; and a division portion 43 that is provided in at least one of the frame portion 41 and the duct portion 42 and partitions the heat exchanger into a heat exchange area in which outside air is able to pass through in a front-rear direction and a support area which is positioned on a side circumferentially outward from the heat exchange area and is supported by the frame portion 41.

The fiber-reinforced resin is formed of a cloth woven from warp threads and filling threads formed of fibers. In the vehicle body cover structure, the radiator shroud has the cloth disposed thereon. The cloth has disposed thereon a bisector that divides an angle formed between the warp threads and the filling threads into two equal parts. The bisector is disposed so as to extend along a line segment that connects between a third mounting portion to be fixed to a vehicle body side and a front end portion that is farthest from the third mounting portion.

Structure for mounting radar

In a structure for mounting a radar, a cross linking member vertically connects two width-across members aligned in a front-to-rear direction of a vehicle. A fixing member is fixed to the cross linking member. The fixing member includes a fixing part fixed to the cross linking member, a supporting part that supports a radar device, a deformable part. The deformable part has a shape connecting the fixing part and the supporting part and bends and deforms to absorb shock when an external force is input into the radar device.
