Vehicle Body
A vehicle body includes a floor assembly having a center floor and a rear floor, a pair of side structures connected to both sides of the floor assembly, and a pair of side sills connected to both side edges of the floor assembly, wherein each side sill includes an inner side sill facing an interior of the vehicle body, an outer side sill facing an exterior of the vehicle body, and first and second side sill reinforcements disposed between the inner side sill and the outer side sill, and wherein a rear end portion of the first side sill reinforcement overlaps a front end portion of the second side sill reinforcement.
Vehicle Body Structure for Reinforcing Pop-Up Seat Mounting Part
A vehicle body structure for reinforcing a pop-up seat mounting part includes a pair of rear side members engaged with a floor panel of a vehicle body, the pair of rear side members being spaced apart from each other by a spacing distance, a transverse member having a length corresponding to the spacing distance between the pair of rear side members, the transverse member being connected at opposite ends thereof to ends of upper surfaces of the pair of rear side members, and a back panel in contact with one surface of the transverse member.
CONNECTING STRUCTURE BETWEEN QUARTER PORTION AND REAR FLOOR
The present disclosure relates to a connecting structure between a quarter portion and a rear floor of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a connecting structure between a quarter and a rear floor, which can strengthen torsional rigidity of a vehicle body and secure durability of an opening of a tailgate.
REAR VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE
A rear vehicle-body structure absorbs an impact from vehicle rear even when an installed amount of the batteries is increased by including a rear side frame which extends in a vehicle front-rear direction, a rear-side cross member which is arranged such that a front portion of the rear side frame abuts the rear-side cross member from vehicle rear, the rear-side cross member extending in a vehicle width direction, a pair of left and right side sills which are spaced apart, by predetermined distances, from the front portion of the rear side frame to vehicle-width-direction outer sides and extend in the vehicle front-rear direction, and a rear-side battery frame which extends in the vehicle width direction in the vehicle rear of a battery and in vehicle front of the rear side frame. The rear-side battery frame is mounted on the left and right side sills and on the rear-side cross member.
REAR VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE
A rear vehicle-body structure absorbs an impact while also accommodating an elongated battery installation and an increase in an amount of batteries installed. The rear vehicle-body structure includes a rear side frame which extends in a vehicle front-rear direction in a vehicle rear portion, a rear-side battery frame which extends in a vehicle width direction in vehicle rear of a battery and in vehicle front of the rear side frame and protects the battery, and a frame bracket which couples the rear side frame with the rear-side battery frame.
Vehicle body structure
A vehicle body structure including: a pair of left and right first vehicle body framework members manufactured by die-casting, and being provided at vehicle width direction outer sides of a vehicle and extending along a vehicle front-rear direction; a pair of left and right second vehicle body framework members manufactured from sheet steel and being joined to a length direction end portion of a corresponding first vehicle body framework member and extending along the vehicle front-rear direction; and a load transmission portion provided at either the first vehicle body framework members or the second vehicle body framework members, the load transmission portion configured to abut the other the first vehicle body framework members or the second vehicle body framework members when a collision load acting substantially along the vehicle front-rear direction is input to the first vehicle body framework members or the second vehicle body framework members.
BODY STRUCTURE FOR AN ELECTRICALLY OPERATED VEHICLE
A body structure for an electrically operated vehicle, having an installation space for a traction battery, which space is open toward the vehicle bottom in the vertical vehicle direction, is closed toward the vehicle top by a floor pan part that forms the vehicle floor, and is delimited on both sides in the transverse vehicle direction by a rocker panel that delimits a side-door opening toward the vehicle bottom, wherein a rear body longitudinal member that transitions into the respective rocker panel toward the front of the vehicle in the longitudinal vehicle direction extends on each vehicle side in the rear-end region, and wherein the relevant rear corner of the traction battery is enclosed by an interior corner region, in particular right-angled interior corner region, that stretches between the rocker panel and the front battery cross member.
Vehicle body structure
There is provided a vehicle body structure, including: a die-cast rear floor side member; and a metal rear floor side member rear, a joint section including: an inner joint section provided at a side of the rear floor side member, the inner joint section including at least three joining faces including an upper face provided at an upper portion, in a vehicle vertical direction, of the inner joint section and two faces positioned with orientations intersecting the upper face in a cross-section profile of the inner joint section sectioned along the vehicle vertical direction and the vehicle width direction, and an outer joint section provided at the side of the rear floor side member rear, the outer joint section abutted against and joined to the three joining faces of the inner joint section from an outer side of the inner joint section.
Body structure of eco-friendly vehicle for supporting battery
The present disclosure is to provide a body structure of an eco-friendly vehicle for supporting a battery including an intermediate floor panel composed of a first intermediate floor panel connected to a center floor panel and a second intermediate floor panel connected to a rear floor panel; a rear cross reinforcement panel and an extension reinforcement member mounted on a bottom portion in a battery seating area of the intermediate floor panel; and an intermediate floor upper panel mounted on a front portion in the battery seating area of the intermediate floor panel.
AUTOMOBILE
There are provided a battery frame that is attached to a structural member on a floor back of an automobile body and accommodates a battery, and a rear suspension member assembly that is attached to rear floor side members and supports a rear suspension. The rear suspension member assembly is attached to the rear floor side members at least at right and left front-side attachment parts and right and left rear-side attachment parts. The rear suspension member assembly is attached to the battery frame at a first attachment part that is closer to a vehicle front than the right and left front-side attachment parts.
