Headlight device for saddled vehicle
A headlight device for a saddled vehicle includes an LED light source and a mechanism which enlarges an illumination range upward in a turning direction at the time of turning traveling. The mechanism includes, at a position on an outer side, in the vehicle width direction, of a high-beam reflector that reflects forward emitted light from a high-beam, an outer reflection section that reflects the emitted light further upward than the direction of emission of the high-beam reflector. The outer reflection section is provided on at least one of left and right high-beam reflectors, and is configured to be covered by an extension serving as a decorative part, in front view of the vehicle body.
Removable battery powered motorcycle headlight and lighting kit with same
A motorcycle lighting system including a headlamp adapted to be easily mounted upon, and easily removed from, a motorcycle without a headlamp, such as a motocross motorcycle. The headlamp is battery powered and may have removable batteries to allow for substitution during or between rides. The headlamp is mounted with resilient material to enhance vibration resistance. A lighting kit may include handlebar mounted pointable lights also coupled to the headlamp battery.
Vehicle lamp
A vehicle lamp includes a lighting unit, a lens, an optical transparent member and a light directing unit. The lens is disposed in front of the lighting unit for radiating forwardly light rays received from the lighting unit. The optical transparent member protrudes sidewardly from one side of the lens. The light directing unit is disposed between the lighting unit and the optical transparent member for forwardly directing part of light rays emitted from the lighting unit to the optical transparent member. The optical transparent member radiates forwardly the light rays received from the light directing unit, whereby a light emitting area of the vehicle lamp is increased.
FRONT STRUCTURE OF SADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE
There is provided a front structure of a saddle-type vehicle. A meter is provided behind a headlight. A visor is disposed at an upper side of a vehicle body cover. A front cover portion forms a wall surface of the vehicle body cover and covers all or a part of upper, lower, left, and right sides of the headlight. A rear cover portion forms a wall surface of the vehicle body cover and covers all or a part of upper, lower, left, and right sides of the meter. A communication port is opened upward and configured to communicate an inside and an outside of the vehicle body cover is provided between the front cover portion and the rear cover portion. The visor is detachably attached to the vehicle body cover so as to cover the communication port from above.
Head lamp device of straddle vehicle
A head lamp device of a straddle vehicle, the head lamp device having an optical axis adjustment mechanism, comprises a housing; and an internal unit including a light source device which emits light, and a light output device which outputs in a forward direction the light emitted from the light source device, through the housing, the internal unit being accommodated in the housing in a state in which the internal unit is tiltable with respect to the housing. The internal unit includes a support point part which is tiltably supported by the housing. In a front view, the support point part is disposed in an area center of the internal unit or at a location that is in the vicinity of the area center.
Rotatably-mounted headlight for a single-track motor vehicle, and single-track motor vehicle with a rotatably-mounted headlight
A headlight for a single-track motor vehicle has a support part, a light module which is connected to the support part, a first bearing device, a second bearing device, and a coupling device. The light module is mounted by the first bearing device in a rotatable manner about a first main axis relative to the support part and by the second bearing device in a rotatable manner about a second main axis perpendicular to the first main axis. The coupling device couples the light module to the support part such that the light module is rotated about the second main axis during a rotation about the first main axis.
