A device is for fixing equipment to an end of the inner surface of a tube. The device has an elongated body, a ring adapted to surround and slide along a segment of the elongated body, and at least two flaps rotatable on the ring. Each hole in the elongated body is adapted for bearing a bolt aligned with the longitude of the elongated body. The ring has at least two threaded bores designed to mate with the threads of the bolts so that the position of the ring on the elongated body is controllable by applying torque to the bolts; and the flaps are positioned homogenously around the ring. The elongated body has at least one portion adapted to guide the flaps so that the flaps radially open against the inner surface of the tube.

SNOWMOBILE CONTROL SYSTEM

A snowmobile including a warming element at a handlebar of the snowmobile. The warming element is configured to generate heat in response to electrical current driven therethrough. A user interface is configured to receive inputs from an operator of the snowmobile. The inputs include a first temperature input setting a first predetermined temperature for the warming element. A control assembly includes a warmer control button configured for setting the warming element at the first predetermined temperature. A control module is included with the control assembly and in receipt of inputs from the user interface and the control assembly. The control module is configured to, when the first predetermined temperature is selected by way of the warmer control button, direct sufficient electrical current to the warming element to generate heat equal to the first predetermined temperature.

A snowmobile including a warming element at a handlebar of the snowmobile. The warming element is configured to generate heat in response to electrical current driven therethrough. A bicycle safety enhancement device includes an elongated member having a distal portion mountable to a bicycle handlebar. A proximity sensor is coupled to a proximal portion of the elongated member and is arranged so that when the elongated member is mounted to a handlebar of a bicycle being ridden by a cyclist, the ultrasonic sensor detects objects adjacent to and/or behind the bicycle and which come within a prescribed distance of the bicycle. An illumination source is coupled to the proximal portion of the elongated member. The illumination source provides a visible warning signal directed toward the detected object when the elongated member is mounted to the handlebar of the bicycle. A camera is coupled to the proximal portion of the elongated member and is arranged to capture images of the detected object as the detected object passes in front of the bicycle being ridden by the cyclist.
