Adjustable multihull running surface device for watercraft and related methods
The present invention provides a hull-conversion device and method for modifying the underside of a watercraft, more specifically a multihull watercraft. The hull-conversion device comprising a water diverting surface, a kinematic assemblage, and a frame. The hull-conversion device may be operable to adjust the watercraft's characteristics in displacement mode and planing mode. The hull-conversion device may function to provide a more stable, controllable, and efficient platform for operating a multihull watercraft, and provide a suitable wake for towable water sports.
Hybrid vessel comprising ballast water system
The present invention refers to a hybrid vessel with a ballast system in which the position of the cabin (102) is changed vertically, from emerged to submerged and vice versa, according to the decision of its operator. Thus, the present invention describes a hybrid vessel with ballast water system comprising at least one cabin (102) and at least one main tank (101) of ballast water, and the tank (101) is connected directly to the CAB (102) or partially above the water level.
Marine lifting apparatus
A catamaran lifting apparatus is disclosed for lifting objects in a marine environment. The apparatus includes first and second vessels that are spaced apart during use. A first frame spans between the vessels. A second frame spans between the vessels. The frames are spaced apart and connected to the vessels in a configuration that spaces the vessels apart. The first frame connects to the first vessel with a universal joint and to the second vessel with a hinged connection. The second frame connects to the second vessel with a universal joint and to the first vessel with a hinged or pinned connection. Each of the frames provides a space under the frame and in between the barges that enables a package to be lifted and/or a marine vessel to be positioned in between the barges and under the frames. In this fashion, an object that has been salvaged from the seabed can be placed upon the marine vessel that is positioned in between the barges and under the frames.

VESSEL ATTITUDE CONTROL ARRANGEMENT
A suspension system for a vessel (1) having at least one left hull (11), at least one right hull (12) and a chassis portion (10), the suspension system including supports (20) for at least partially supporting the chassis portion relative to the left and right hulls, and a front left and back left damping ram (31, 33) connected between the chassis portion and longitudinally spaced points on the at least one left hull, a front right and back right damping ram (32, 34) connected between the chassis portion and longitudinally spaced points on the at least one right hull. The suspension system further includes a deck attitude control system (250) comprising a controller (252), sensors, and a respective actuator arrangement for each of at least two orthogonally spaced damper rams. The actuators control a position of at least one point on the chassis relative to at least one reference.
Suspended catamaran target boat
The invention provides a suspended catamaran target boat, including a deck, a suspension structure and two buoyancy units, the suspension structure is connected to upper sides of the two buoyancy units, and the deck is mounted on the suspension structure; the suspension structure includes at least two suspension assemblies including an upper base, a lower base and two support rods. The support rods are hinged between the upper base and the lower base, and the upper base, the lower base and the two support rods form a four-bar linkage mechanism, where a shock absorber and a restricting mechanism are installed between the upper base and the lower base. The deck is provided with a main controller, an acceleration sensor and a heel sensor, and the main controller is respectively electrically connected with the acceleration sensor, the heel sensor and each of the restricting mechanisms of the two suspension assemblies.
