PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE FLOATING SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
A photovoltaic module floating supporting structure according to the present application includes a floating body and a first supporting plate integrally formed with the floating body and configured to be connected to a connecting assembly, the first supporting plate has an upper surface smoothly connected to an upper surface of the floating body, and has a lower surface smoothly connected to a lower surface of the floating body. In use, the connecting assembly is installed on the first supporting plate and the photovoltaic module is installed on the connecting assembly.
MODULAR-TYPE VERY LARGE FLOATING STRUCTURES
A floating structure based on the 700 tensegrity principle is described. A planar closed loop structure (1700) has a plurality of beams (300) and a plurality of beam adapters (700). Each of the plurality of beams (300) is formed by coupling multiple n-strut twisted prism units. Each of the multiple n-strut twisted prism units includes n-sided planar polygonal surfaces on opposite sides through which the respective n-strut twisted prism unit is coupled to another n-strut twisted prism unit or a beam adapter. Each of the plurality of beam adapters (700) is an m-strut twisted prism unit having planar polygonal side faces for coupling to an n-sided planar polygonal surface of a beam (300).
Floating community
A sustainable floating community based on a mass-produced modular, pre-fabricated kit of parts referred to as floating modular units. The floating modular units are designed to allow for various needs while remaining simple to deliver and assemble by hand in remote destinations prone to volatile shifts in water levels and currents. The floating modular units are ready to assemble, can be erected for use on land and bodies of water, are easily collapsible for transport, thereby serving as highly adaptable transportable structures.
MULTIPURPOSE SELECTIVE FISH CAPTURE SYSTEM
A multipurpose portable or transportable selective fish capture system and no touch transport system is described that comprises an interconverting pontoon platform which can be adapted to include a solar and/or hydro electrical energy collection, conversion, storage and distribution system and to convert between a selective fish capture system and no touch fish transport system and an for emergency response for search and rescue or oil spill response support and oil spill collection and oil transport system.
Framework and offshore support structures made thereof
Floatable, torus-segment-like pontoon for a torus-like floating body constructed from a plurality of such pontoons, with a torus eye containing the torus axis of rotation. The pontoon comprises connecting means on substantially flat side surfaces, which are designed in such a way that adjacent pontoons can be joined in a positive-fitting manner in the axial direction; Receiving areas on the radially inner pontoon surfaces for receiving a component in the torus eye; Retaining means arranged on the radially outer pontoon surfaces for holding adjacent pontoons together in the torus circumferential direction and in the radial direction; and connecting means configured on one of the side surfaces as at least one groove extending in the radial direction and on the other side surface as at least one opposite, substantially complementary tongue opposite to the groove. Said pontoon made of plastic and produced by rotational melting, extrusion blow moulding or RIM process.
Anti-Wave Floating Photovoltaic Device And Control Method Thereof
An anti-wave floating photovoltaic device comprises a folding panel frame, an elastic support leg, a buoy and a self-locking support rod. The folding panel frame includes multiple unit frames and configured to be folded or unfolded by Miura folding. The adjacent unit frames are connected by a hinge mechanism and a photovoltaic panel is provided on the front side of the folded panel frame. The elastic support leg includes a V-shaped support rod and a U-shaped support rod with a changeable opening and providing elasticity through springs. The buoy includes a power buoy, an intermediate buoy and a driven buoy. The power buoy connects the intermediate buoy and the driven buoy through a rod.
Floating solar panel systems
A floating solar system having a peripheral buoyant pontoon within which is suspended an array of individual photovoltaic panels each equipped with a float. A stabilizing skirt drops down into the water underneath the pontoon and creates a more placid moon pool within the pontoon to reduce turbulence from wave action and therefore enhance the efficiency of the array of photovoltaic panels. A plurality of the floating solar systems may be aggregated to form an island of units. The individual panels or rows or columns thereof may be flat (horizontal) or tilted so that they can be oriented more normally with regard to the sun's rays.
Housing electrical components in a translucent wingsail
A substantially hollow wingsail is configured to enable electrical components to be situated within the wingsail. In particular, the wingsail may be configured to contain the solar panels used to power the other electrical components of the vessel, as well as other items that are conventionally situated on the exterior of the vessel, such as antennas, navigation lights, and so on. The surface of the wingsail may include transparent or translucent areas to provide light to the solar panels, as well as optical and electromagnetic reflective areas within the wingsail to enhance the performance of the solar panels and antennas. The wingsail may also include an internal light that illuminates the translucent areas of the wingsail for enhanced visibility to other vessels.
