PIG PRODUCTION METHOD BY USING DETACHABLE AND WASHABLE WET CURTAIN
A pig production method by using a detachable and washable wet curtain for intensive pig farming. The detachable and washable wet curtain includes a wet curtain mounting frame (1), a spray tube (4), a plurality of rotatable reels (7) equivalent to sleeves, a reel (6) with a buckle, a wet curtain net (8), a reel (10) with a buckle, and a manual handle (9). The wet curtain is formed by a low-cost common material, namely a plastic net and the like, is convenient to mount, detach, and wash, and is not prone to making dust, scale, algae, mosquitos, and the like accumulate thereon, thus reducing the replacement cost and use cost. Therefore, a new cooling method based on the wet curtain is provided for pig farms in summer, and it is also suitable for other livestock farms in summer.
INLINE FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM WITH PARALLEL FLOW SOLENOID VALVES
Disclosed is an inline flow control system with parallel flow solenoid valves. In particular, in certain embodiments, the flow control system includes a flow control device with switch ports in electrical communication with a high float switch and a low float switch. The flow control device includes a first solenoid valve to control fluid flow through a first fluid pipe based on the high float switch, and a second solenoid valve to control fluid flow through a second fluid pipe based on the low float switch. In certain embodiments, the flow control system includes a manual bypass valve for a third fluid pipe. The fluid pipes are in parallel flow. In certain embodiments, the flow control system is devoid of an electronic controller. Accordingly, the inline flow control system can be retrofitted for existing flow systems with minimal cost and effort.
COOLING SYSTEM FOR COOLING DAIRY ANIMALS
A cooling system (100) for cooling dairy animals (1) a feed front (110) wherein the cooling system (100) comprises a plurality of cooling zones (120.n) and cooling means (10.n,20.n) arranged to provide cooling fluid into the plurality of cooling zones (120.n), and a sensor means (3; 30.n,40.n) arranged to detect the presence of a dairy animal (1) in each cooling zone (120.n), and a controller (60) for controlling the cooling means (10.n, 20.n) and arranged to receive sensor signal input from the sensor means (3; 30.n,40.n) and, based on sensor signal input indicative of the presence of a dairy animal (1) in a cooling zone (120.n), to activate the cooling means (10.n, 20.n) to provide cooling fluid into said cooling zone (120.n).
Livestock Central Air Conditioner and Livestock House
A livestock central air conditioner and a livestock house, relates to the art field of livestock house and equipment. The livestock central air conditioner including a heat exchange unit 1, a cooling component 2, an axial fan 3 and an air duct 4; the livestock house including a house 6 and the livestock central air conditioner; a ventilation fan 63 is provided at the location of the exhaust outlet 62 on the house 6.
Animal spraying devices, systems and methods of use
The present invention provides a novel and improved animal sprayer for use in cooling livestock and other animals in different hot or dry environments, and methods of using the same. Embodiments of the novel animal sprayers may include a valve which does not require constant electric current to remain open during a spraying session, extending system battery life. The valves may also be self-cleaning, less likely to leak, and easily adjusted to control flow rate, reducing both water use and labor costs in monitoring and repairing the animal sprayer.
Device for air-conditioning stalls
In devices for air-conditioning stalls having evaporation members which can be supplied with fluid by means of spray pipes which are arranged thereabove, the deflectors are provided above the spray pipes, which deflectors have to be removed for cleaning purposes and temporarily stored elsewhere, which is complex and can lead to damage to the deflectors. The disclosed device for air-conditioning stalls has a provision for deflectors to have hinge connections to retention members. The deflectors can thereby be pivoted upwards in order to clean spray pipes without the deflectors having to be completely removed from the retention members.
Poultry curtain trailer system
A trailer for transporting living fowl includes a first enclosure and a second enclosure that are separated by a partition wall, each of the first and second enclosures being defined by a top, a floor, the partition wall, a rear wall, a first side wall and a second side wall; an apparatus for generating conditioned air to be supplied to the first and second enclosures; the partition wall having a length extending vertically between the floor and the ceiling and a width extending horizontally between the first and second side walls; the partition wall including a plurality of fans being structured and disposed for creating a path of airflow of the conditioned air throughout the first and second enclosures; and a plurality of air supply ducts in fluid flow communication with the apparatus for generating conditioned air.
MODULAR PET BED
Modular pet beds that can be disassembled into multiple smaller parts are provided. The individual parts can maintain their shape and can be fastened back together once they are clean and dry. Contemplated pet beds can comprise two or more pet bed components, and a set of fastener assemblies operable to couple the pet bed component together. Some pet bed components can comprise a single segment, or can comprise multiple segments that are permanently and/or removably coupled to one another.
System and Method for Cooling a Pet Bed
Exemplary embodiments of a system for cooling a pet bed are disclosed. Certain embodiments include a portable ice chest comprising a false bottom surface that defines an upper volume and a lower volume within the portable ice chest. The false bottom surface may comprise a plurality of holes (or pathways) for allowing water to drain from the upper volume which is configured to store ice to the lower volume which is configured to serve as a reservoir for the water. A pump located within the lower volume of the portable ice chest is configured to circulate water from the lower volume of the portable ice chest, through a heat exchanger subsystem that is external to the portable ice chest, and back to the lower volume. The heat exchanger subsystem may be contained within a pet bed component of the system.
