SET OF PARTS FOR MARINE VESSEL PROPULSION ASSEMBLIES
A set of parts for marine vessel propulsion assemblies is provided A propulsion unit includes a driveshaft, and a first connection module comprising one or more input shafts, wherein the propulsion unit and the first connection module may form at least a portion of a first propulsion assembly. A second connection module comprising one or more input shafts, wherein the propulsion unit and the second connection module may form at least a portion of a second propulsion assembly. The positions, in relation to the propulsion unit, of output shafts of the first and second connection modules, when the first and second connection modules are mounted to the propulsion unit, are the same. The first propulsion assembly may differ from the second propulsion assembly in that the position, in relation to the propulsion unit, of one or more of the one or more input shafts of the first connection module differs from the position, in relation to the propulsion unit, of any of the one or more input shafts of the second connection module.
Marine parallel propulsion system
A propulsion system for a marine vessel having a first driveline assembly having a first engine and a first motor-generator, a second driveline assembly having a second engine and second motor-generator, and a controller configured to operate of the assemblies in a split mode. The split mode includes the first driveline assembly being driven by the first engine without torque assistance from the first motor-generator and the second driveline assembly being driven by the second motor-generator without torque assistance from the second engine and includes the first motor generator providing electrical power to the marine vessel grid for consumption.
Watercraft and Associated Pedal Drive System
A watercraft and associated pedal drive system are provided. Method of operating the pedal drive are also provided. The pedal drive system allows for unassisted manual pedaling to provide thrust to the watercraft. The pedal drive system also provides on demand pedal assistance of varying levels via an assist drive train having an electric motor to supplement the manual pedal force input provided by a user at the pedals of pedal drive system.

Ship maneuvering system and ship maneuvering method
A ship maneuvering system includes first and second propulsion devices, a shift actuator, and a controller. The shift actuator switches a shift state of each of the propulsion devices. The controller causes the shift actuator of one of the first and second propulsion devices to execute intermittent control during low-speed navigation of the ship. The intermittent control intermittently switches the shift state to a shift-in state and a shift-out state.

STEPPED SPINDLE
A rotatable transmission component rotatable about an axis of rotation includes a first mounting member spaced apart from a second mounting member and a spindle extending from the first mounting member to the second mounting member. An axial location of the spindle between the first and second mounting members is maintained by interference connections between the spindle and the first and second mounting members. An outer diameter of a first end of the spindle is larger than an outer diameter of a second end of the spindle. The rotatable transmission component may be a planet carrier, and a planet gear may be supported on the spindle.
