A flexible thermoformed dispensing package for a flowable material that can be massed produced on a horizontal thermoform-fill-seal (HTFFS) machine includes a container portion that is dimensioned and configured with a flat self-supporting base, integral opposing side walls and a rear wall extending from the base, and a top wall or seam integrally formed from a single sheet or web, the side walls tapering from the base toward the integral rear wall and terminating at the top wall or seam; and a front wall that is heat-sealed as a separate sheet to the periphery of the periphery of the base, side walls and top wall to form a fluid-tight package that maintains a stand-up orientation when in use, and optionally includes an integral dispensing tube with an optional internal extension terminating proximate the supporting base for withdrawing liquid contents from the package.

BEND-OPEN PACKAGE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BEND-OPEN PACKAGE
A bend-open package includes a sealant without unsealing an opening until the package is bent to a predetermined bend angle or less to prevent leakage of the content in a package body. A method for manufacturing the bend-open package includes preparing a sheet member for a bend-open package, including in sequence, (a) forming cuts in the surface of a sheet base, and (b) press-bonding sealants press-cut from a sealant base to the surface of the sheet base to cover the cuts. The steps include embedding a periphery of the sealant in the surface of the sheet member by a predetermined depth, and forming a protrusion having a height smaller than a thickness of the sealant protruding outwardly from the surface of the sheet member along the entire periphery of the sealant.

A tissue graft packaging system having a retainer including first and second members with respective first and second pluralities of channel sidewalls that define first and second pluralities of channels, and first and second engagement means configured to removeably interconnect the first and second members. The first and second pluralities of channel sidewalls are configured to create a continuous interior space between the first and second members. A tissue graft, such as a cryopreserved viable tissue graft, is contained within the continuous interior space of the retainer. Processes for packaging, thawing and rinsing the tissue graft using the tissue graft packaging system and its retainer are also disclosed.
