LID FORMING DEVICE
A lid forming device of a cardboard box using a first flap with a slit and a second flap to be extended after being bent into a mountain shape is disclosed. The lid forming device includes first and second folding mechanisms. The fist folding mechanism folds the first flap in a direction of closing the opening. The second folding mechanism bends the second flap into a mountain shape and inserts part of the second flap into the slit of the first flap while extending the second flap. The second folding mechanism includes first and second retaining units. The first retaining unit retains a first face of the second flap located between a free end of the second flap and a bend line set beforehand in the second flap. The second retaining unit retains a second face of the second flap located between an anchored end and the bend line.
Machine for forming and filling box-like bodies of different types
A machine for forming and filling box-like bodies of different types having a magazine for sheets to be subjected to forming, at least one handling element for at least one sheet at a time, and a conveyor belt for products, clustered in bundles constituted by at least one product each. The machine includes a station for picking up and delivering shaped sheets, in which the magazine accommodates aligned and juxtaposed sheets and at least one handling element having an end bracket provided with at least one grip element and at least one assembly with arms which are articulated with respect to the bracket and are independently movable with respect to a fixed-frame.
SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERRING A GROUP OF COMPONENTS OF ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES FROM A FIRST OPERATING STATION TO A SECOND OPERATING STATION
A system for transferring a group of components of electronic cigarettes from a first to a second operating station includes a conveyor extends from a feeding zone to a disengagement zone and has a plurality of seats. A feeding device receives the components and feeds them into the seats at a first mutual distance. A disengaging and transferring device operates to disengage the components from their seats and transfer the components to a collecting zone. A compacting device operates in the collecting zone to move the components closer together and place them at a second mutual distance that is smaller than the first mutual distance. A tray faces and receives from the collecting zone the group of components which have been placed close together. A pushing device pushes the components from the collecting zone into the tray. A movement device transfers the tray to the second operating station.
Apparatus and method of packaging loose product
A method of filling packaging with pouches of product comprises conveying a plurality of spaced apart chutes along a first feed path. Each chute is loaded with pouches of product at a chute loading station. Erect boxes are conveyed along a second feed path to a chute unloading station wherein the second feed path is substantially parallel to the first feed path at the chute unloading station. The pouches of product are transferred from the chutes into interior spaces of the erect boxes at the chute unloading station as the chutes move along the first feed path and the erect boxes move along the second feed path. The chutes are returned to the chute loading station to be filled with pouches of product.
SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERRING A GROUP OF COMPONENTS OF ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES FROM A FIRST OPERATING STATION TO A SECOND OPERATING STATION
A system for transferring a first group of components of electronic cigarettes from first to second operating stations includes a flat collecting surface extending from a feeding zone to a releasing zone. A feeding device receives the components and feeds them onto the collecting surface. A first abutment element abuts the first component of the first group. A second abutment element abuts the last component of the first group. A compacting and stabilizing device moves the components closer together and stabilizes their positions. A first movement device moves the first and second abutment elements along the collecting surface to transfer the first group to the releasing zone. A tray faces the releasing zone to receive the first group. A pushing device pushes the components from the releasing zone into the tray. A transferring device transfers the tray with the first group towards the second operating station.
Method and device for grouping product blanks
The invention relates to a method for grouping preferably empty long products (4) embodied as tins, tubes or cartridges, the products (4) being delivered by a delivering conveyor device (5), preferably from a production line for producing the products (4), and placed on a conveyer belt (3) and transported thereby at a conveying speed along a conveying section (S) in a conveying direction (F), a product group (P) comprising a plurality of the products (4) being transferred by transfer means (7) at the same time from the conveyor belt (3) into receiving means (6), the transfer means (7) for transferring the products (4) being moved during the movement with the product group (P) in the conveying direction (F) at an angle, particularly perpendicularly, to the conveying direction (F) in a transfer direction (T) towards the receiving means (6), the receiving means (6) being moved perpendicularly to the conveying direction (F) and perpendicularly to the transfer direction (T), in order to be able to receive the subsequent product groups (P) above or below the already transferred product groups (P), after the transfer of each product group (P) or after the transfer of a plurality of product groups (P). The receiving means (6) and the transfer means (7) are moved along the conveying section (S) in the conveying direction (F) during the transfer of the product group (P), particularly synchronously with the conveyor belt (3) and the product groups (P) conveyed thereon and to be passed on, and following a successful transfer, are moved along the conveying section (S), in the opposite direction to the conveying direction (F), in order to transfer another product group (P) into the receiving means (6).
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PORTION PACKAGING OF FLAT PRODUCTS
The disclosure relates to a method and to a device for portion packaging of flat products, such as potato chips, in which the products are conveyed as product portions along a plurality of product conveying sections, which are disposed adjacent to each other, to a product transfer device for transferring the product portions into packaging containers, wherein, between each product conveying section and two transfer conveyors of the product transfer device, which are disposed adjacent next to each other, the product portions delivered via the product conveying section are distributed to the transfer conveyors by means of a redistributing device in such a manner that during occurrence of a conveying gap between two product portions conveyed on the product conveying section, the redistributing device is switched from a first connection configuration for establishing a conveying connection between the product conveying section and the first transfer conveyor and a second connection configuration for establishing a conveying connection between the product conveying section and the second transfer conveyor, the speed of the product portions on conveying sections of different lengths of the transfer conveyors being influenced by means of a synchronizer in such a manner that at the end of a feed cycle of a packaging unit, which comprises packaging containers disposed in columns and rows of a packaging container matrix of the packaging unit and is moved forward in a clocked manner along a packaging conveying section perpendicular to the product conveying sections, the product portions are transferred from a transfer position into the packaging containers.
ARTICLE ALIGNMENT DEVICE
The present invention provides an article alignment device that can inhibit posture disorderliness when articles land on a conveyor belt. The posture of bags when the bags transfer from an input conveyor to a first aligning conveyor is inclined in such a way that the portions of the bags that land on bags already placed on the first aligning conveyor are higher and the portions of the bags that land directly on the first aligning conveyor are lower, so the bags land on the first aligning conveyor before or at the same time that they contact the bags that were placed on the first aligning conveyor before them. Additionally, the frictional force between the first aligning conveyor and the bags is greater than the frictional force between the bags, so sliding between the bags is prevented, as is posture disorderliness.
