FILM-LAMINATED METAL PLATE HAVING EXCELLENT RETORT ADHESIVENESS, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A film-laminated metal plate having excellent retort adhesiveness includes: a metal plate; a resin film thermally fusion-bonded to a surface of the metal plate; and a bubble contained between the metal plate and the resin film. An average bubble height of three bubbles with higher heights among the bubbles measured by using a 3D analysis image of a laser microscope is 0 m or more and 5.0 m or less. The test piece is obtained by cutting a portion of one end side of the metal plate in a longitudinal direction while leaving the resin film on a side which becomes an inner surface side of the container when the film-laminated metal plate is processed into a container. When a retort treatment is carried out on the test piece at a temperature of 125 C. for 30 minutes in a state in which a 100 g weight is hung from the one end side of the test piece and the test piece is folded back toward the other end side of the test piece in the longitudinal direction by 180, a length of the resin film peeled off from the metal plate of the test piece is 15 mm or less.
AIR CANNING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method is disclosed for air canning food in an oven cavity (12), where air, not water, is the cooking medium. Using a dedicated air canning algorithm, a temperature of the oven cavity (12) is adjusted in a plurality of temperature and/or time regulated canning stages. An initial pre-heat stage targets a preheat temperature and can maintain the preheat temperature for a predetermined period of time to achieve container (12) sterilization. A subsequent post-heat (canning) stage maintains the cavity at a postheat (canning) temperature to effectively can food. A specialized air canning rack (100) permits the hot, circulating air to freely access substantially the entire periphery of the canning containers (12) during the air canning process.
ASSEMBLY FOR STERILIZING AND DEPYROGENATING CONTAINERS
An assembly for sterilizing and depyrogenating containers includes a feeding station, a heating station, and a cooling station. The stations are passed through by a conveyor of containers. The cooling station includes a main unit coupled without discontinuities to the heating station and at least one interchangeable air treatment module. The main unit includes at least one inlet aperture connected without interruptions to an air diffuser arranged above at least a portion of the conveyor, and at least one outlet port. Each module has at least one supply hose with shape and dimensions complementary to those of the at least one inlet aperture in order to be detachably coupled thereto, and at least one suction channel with shape and dimensions complementary to those of the at least one outlet port in order to be detachably coupled thereto.

SYRINGE RETAINING MEMBER, SYRINGE PACKAGE BODY, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY OF SYRINGE PACKAGE BODY
A syringe holding member includes: a base plate portion formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape including a longitudinal side and a lateral side; a plurality of holding tube portions into which syringes are insertable, wherein the holding tube portions protrude from an upper surface of the base plate portion and define cylindrical holes that penetrate the base plate portion; and a plurality of reinforcement ribs that protrude from the upper surface of the base plate portion and connect the plurality of holding tube portions to one another. Two or more of the reinforcement ribs extend between a predetermined pair of holding tube portions among the plurality of holding tube portions.
