A wall-mounted scratch post assembly for cats includes a mounting plate affixed to a vertical surface, the mounting plate including a wall-facing surface mounted against the vertical surface, a post-facing surface facing away from the vertical surface, a first attachment mechanism affixing the mounting plate to the vertical surface, and a second attachment mechanism attached to the post-facing surface. The assembly includes a scratch post, wherein the scratch post includes a proximal end attached to the mounting plate, wherein the proximal end includes a proximal surface formed to fit against the post-facing surface and a third attachment mechanism that attaches to the second attachment mechanism, a distal end opposite the proximal end and facing away from the vertical surface, a support structure connecting the proximal end to the distal end, and a fibrous covering coating the support structure.
Scratching Post Wrap Apparatus
A scratching post wrap apparatus for easy cleaning or replacement of the scratching surface includes a wrap backing and a scratching nap coupled to the wrap backing. A first engagement member is coupled to the wrap backing. The first engagement member is coupled adjacent a first end of the wrap backing. A second engagement member is coupled to the scratching nap. The second engagement member is coupled to a second end of the scratching nap opposite the first end of the wrap backing. The first engagement member and the second engagement member are selectively engageable to secure the wrap backing around a sidewall of a scratching post.

The present disclosure provides a modular cat recreation structure comprising: one or more sections configured to be removably mounted to a household structure, wherein each of the one or more sections comprises: an external surface; first and second opposing arms defining a slot therebetween; a hollow central opening continuous with the slot and configured to accommodate a portion of the household structure therein; first and second engagement surfaces disposed on terminal edges of the first and second opposing arms and configured to apply a biasing force against first and second opposing surfaces of the household structure when the portion of the household structure is inserted into the slot; first and second projections extending axially away from the first and second opposing arms, the first and second projections being operable to adjust a width of the slot via application of first and second opposing forces to the first and second projections.
PET BED
Presented is a pet bed and method for assembly and disassembly of the pet bed. The pet bed comprises a top cover, a bottom cover and a plurality of sidewalls. The top cover as well as the bottom cover comprises two extension portions positioned on either sides of the top cover and the bottom cover. In an embodiment of the present invention, the pet bed comprises atleast a scratcher to allow pet to express their urge of scratching on the scratcher. The pet bed provides the advantages that it is transportable, can be easily assembled and disassembled with ease and the same time; provide comfort to the pet during use.
BALLASTED PET FURNITURE
A furniture item for a house pet includes a base configured to support the furniture item on a horizontal support surface, and an upright portion coupled to the base. The upright portion extends to a height above an upper surface of the base when the base is situated on the horizontal support surface. The upright portion includes a hollow inner portion defining a ballast cavity and an opening providing access to the ballast cavity. The upright portion further includes a cap portion engageable with the hollow inner portion to close the opening, and a removable scratch pad supported on an outside surface of the hollow inner portion. The cap portion has a shield portion that encloses an upper edge of the removable scratch pad when the cap portion is engaged with the hollow inner portion to close the opening.
Pet furniture apparatus and method for assembling same
A method of assembling pet furniture includes placing a first end of a pillar beam into a stable locking system (SLS) mount affixed to a base platform; placing a second end of the pillar beam into an SLS mount affixed to a top platform; attaching the top platform to the bottom platform by twisting the pillar beam to lock the first end of the pillar beam to the SLS mount affixed to the base platform and to lock the second end of the pillar beam to the SLS mount affixed to the top platform.
Pet Scratching Panel
A pet scratching panel configured to wear down the claws of an animal during interaction with the panel. The scratching panel comprises a base layer, an abrasive layer, and an adhesive for holding an inner base surface of the base layer to an inner abrasive surface of the abrasive layer. An outer abrasive surface of the abrasive layer comprises an abrasive material configured to wear down claws/nails while an outer base surface of the base layer may include a securing portion for limiting movement of the present invention during use. The scratching panel is configured to be used with a litter box, wherein the scratching panel sits on the bottom surface of the litter box with cat litter disposed over the top of the scratching panel.
Animal Scratching Post with Food Dispenser
An animal scratching post with food dispenser is described. Embodiments of the animal scratching post can include, but are not limited to, a base structure, a control module, an activation module, a food dispensing device, and one or more scratch pads operatively connected to the activation module. The base structure can include one or more perches and an internally located conduit for delivering food from the food dispensing device to a lower section of the base structure. The control module can be configured to receive a signal from the activation module indicating the scratch pad has been interacted with by an animal and send a signal to the food dispensing device to dispense food.
MULTI-PANEL SCRATCHING SYSTEM FOR PETS
A multi-panel scratching system for pets. The system includes a support structure transversely extending from a base structure. A plurality of releasable fasteners may be spaced apart along the support structure. A plurality of scratching panels may be provided, each scratching panel also having releasable fasteners to removably and selectively connect to the support structure. Each scratching panel may provide a flat face, a grooved face, a cushioned face, a carpeted face or a combination thereof for pets to scratch.
