The invention relates to a sheetlike composite comprising, as mutually superposed layers in a direction from an outer face of the sheetlike composite to an inner face of the sheetlike composite, a) a carrier layer, and b) a barrier layer; wherein the sheetlike composite additionally includes a polymer layer P comprising a first polymer; wherein the polymer layer P has an L value in the L*a*b* colour space within a range from 30 to 56. The invention further relates to methods of producing a sheetlike composite, a container precursor and a closed container and to the aforementioned method products; to a container precursor and a closed container each including at least one sheetlike region of the sheetlike composite; to uses of the sheetlike composite for production of a food or drink product container and in a microwave oven; and to uses of compositions for production of a sheetlike composite for a food or drink product container.
LIQUID PAPER CONTAINER
A liquid paper container capable of preventing leakage of a liquid and intrusion of, for example, air into the container through a gap between a part of a corresponding one of top-portion horizontal folding creases formed in a blank sheet and a top-portion horizontal folding crease formed in a side sealing panel, which overlap with each other, top panels (11, 12) and side panels (15, 16) are respectively contiguous with upper ends of body panels through top-portion horizontal folding creases (9, 10, 13, 14). Bottom panels (21, 22) and inner panels (25, 26) are respectively contiguous with lower ends of the body panels through bottom-portion horizontal folding creases (19, 20, 23, 24). A side sealing panel (30) is contiguous with a one-side open end edge of a blank sheet (1A). A top-portion horizontal folding crease (31) and a bottom-portion horizontal folding crease (32) are formed in the side sealing panel.
Sheetlike Composite, Especially for Production of Dimensionally Stable Food and Drink Product Containers, Having a Roof Area Formed by a Multitude of Groove Lines Having Partly Convex Curvature
The present invention relates to a sheetlike composite comprising, as mutually superposed layers, a) a carrier layer, b) a barrier layer, and c) an inner polymer layer,
wherein the sheetlike composite has a multitude of groove lines arranged and configured such that, by folding the sheetlike composite along the groove lines and joining seam areas of the sheetlike composite thereby obtaining seams, a closed container is obtainable, wherein the closed container has a roof area, wherein a first portion of the groove lines of the multitude of groove lines at least partly forms a circumference of a first part-area of the roof area, wherein the groove lines of the first portion, relative to the first part-area of the roof area, have at least partly convex curvature, wherein the first part-area of the roof area has a first length in a longitudinal direction and has a second length in a circumferential direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction, wherein a ratio of the first length to the second length is in a range from 0.2 to 2.0. The invention further relates to methods of producing a sheetlike composite, a container precursor and a closed container, and to the aforementioned method products; to a further container precursor; to a further closed container; and to a use of the sheetlike composite.
Device for processing, in particular for ultrasound welding, of packaging sleeves
A device for processing, in particular for ultrasound welding, of packaging sleeves and/or packagings includes at least two tools for processing, in particular for ultrasound welding, of packaging sleeves. Each tool has an operating region. The tools are supported in such a manner that there is produced between the operating regions a gap whose longitudinal direction corresponds to the transport direction of the packaging sleeves, and the tools are supported in such a manner that the size of the gap can be changed. In order also to enable continuous welding of the packaging sleeves in a reliable manner with changing material thicknesses, there is provided at least one parallel spring on which at least one of the tools is movably supported transversely relative to the transport direction of the packaging sleeves.

A paper inner container for storage of a refilling liquid content, the paper inner container including a body (11), which includes a body front panel (7), a body right side panel (6), a body left side panel (8), and a body back panel (5). A top surface (12) includes: a top surface forming panel (14) which is continuously provided on an upper edge of the body back panel; a top surface formation assisting panel (16), which is continuously provided on an upper edge of the body front panel, and is folded up on a lower side of the top surface forming panel; and right and left side panels (19, 20), which are continuously provided on upper edges of the body right side panel and the body left side panel, and are folded up along with overlapping of the top surface forming panel and the top surface formation assisting panel.

A paper container includes a body front panel (5), a body left side panel (6), a body right side panel (8), and a body back panel (7), which are contiguous through body vertical folding lines (1), (2), (3), and (4). A vertical direction sealing panel (25) is configured to form a quadrangular tubular body (26). The body vertical folding line (1) and the body vertical folding line (2) are approximately symmetrical bent lines bent toward a center of the body front panel (5), and the body vertical folding line (3) through which the body back panel and the body left side panel are contiguous with each other and the body vertical folding line (4) through which the body back panel and the body right side panel are contiguous with each other are approximately symmetrical bent lines bent toward a center of the body back panel.

Described is sheetlike composite comprising as layers of a layer sequence in a direction from an outer surface of the sheetlike composite to an inner surface of the sheetlike composite; a) an outer polymer layer, b) a carrier layer, and c) a barrier layer; wherein the sheetlike composite comprises a first composite region and a second composite region; wherein in the first composite region the sheetlike composite further comprises a first colour application, superimposing the outer polymer layer on a side of the outer polymer layer which is facing away from the inner surface of the sheetlike composite; wherein in the second composite region the sheetlike composite further comprises a second colour application, superimposing the outer polymer layer on the side of the outer polymer layer which is facing away from the inner surface of the sheetlike composite; wherein the second colour application comprises a 2D-code. Described is a process including steps of adapting an outer surface of a sheetlike composite precursor to a first value and to a further value, and steps of applying a first and a second ink composition to the outer surface; to a sheetlike composite obtainable by the process; to a container precursor and a closed container, each comprising a pre-cut section of one of the preceding sheetlike composites; to a use of one of the preceding sheetlike composites; and to a use of an inkjet printer.
SHEET PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR PRODUCING SEALED PACKAGES OF POURABLE FOOD PRODUCTS
A sheet packaging material (200) for producing a sealed package (100) of a pourable food product is disclosed. The packaging material (200) comprises at least one base layer (230) for imparting stiffness to the sheet packaging material (200), at least one lamination layer (234, 238, 242, 246) applied to and covering said base layer (230), and a partially laminated opening zone (204, 234). The opening zone (204, 234) comprises a laminated cutting area (220, 224) having at least three longitudinal portions (220) extending between the centre and the periphery of the opening zone (204, 234), and at least three removable portions (212) adjacent to the laminated cutting area (220, 224), each removable portion (212) being located between two longitudinal portions (220) and having a folding zone (216) adjacent to the periphery of the opening zone (204, 234). In use the removable portions (212) are partly detached from the packaging material (200) by penetration of the laminated cutting area (220, 224) prior to being folded at the folding zone (216) to form an opening in the packaging material (200) for pouring a food product from the package (100). A sealed package (100) formed by folding and sealing the sheet packaging material is also disclosed.

A sheet of packaging material to form a package, comprises a receiving region to receive an opening device of the package attached thereon, the sheet of packaging material further comprises two reference marks detectable by a detecting unit of an applying device arranged for applying the opening device on the receiving region. A method for producing a package comprises folding, filling and sealing a sheet of packaging material to obtain the package, the packaging material comprising a receiving region to receive an opening device and two reference marks, the method comprising detecting the reference marks and selecting a subsequent action to be performed on the package and/or the opening device on the basis of the detected position of the reference marks.
