LAMINATED PACKAGING MATERIAL, PACKAGING CONTAINERS MANUFACTURED THEREFROM
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing of a laminated cellulose-based liquid or semi-liquid food packaging material, wherein the laminated packaging material has a bulk material layer of paper, paperboard or other cellulose-based material, an innermost, heat sealable and liquid-tight layer of a thermoplastic polymer, the innermost polymer layer intended to be in direct contact with the packaged food product, a barrier layer laminated between the bulk layer and the innermost layer. The invention further relates the laminated packaging materials obtained by the method and to a packaging container for liquid food packaging, comprising the laminated packaging material or being made from the laminated packaging material obtained by the method.
SPOUT ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING CONTAINER
A spout assembly that is better prevented from breaking due to ultrasonic vibration during welding and is more readily separated from a packaging container when being broken down, and a packaging container with the spout assembly. A spout assembly includes a spout and a cap. The spout has a cylindrical sidewall; a cylindrical base provided at the lower end of the sidewall and having a larger outer diameter than the sidewall; and a disk-like flange extending outward from the lower end of the base. The cap has a cylindrical peripheral wall with an internal thread and is screwed from the upper end side of the spout sidewall. The spout sidewall has an external thread engaging the internal thread of the cap and a recess located between the external thread and the base.
Food container and method
Disclosed herein is a food box that includes an outer box and an inner bag located within the outer box configured to preserve food contents within the inner bag by preventing air from entering into the inner bag. The cereal box further includes an opening in the inner bag and a cap configured to seal the opening. The cap is attachable and unattachable to the opening. Air is prevented from entering into the inner bag through the opening when the cap is attached. The outer box includes a perforated portion that is removable from the outer box, and when the removable portion is removed, the cap is exposed. Further included herein is a method of forming the food box.
Stand alone dispensing pouch
The present invention relates to a stand-up pouch, for holding and dispensing fluid veterinary formulations, made of a flexible film material.
A BLANK, A CARTON GABLE TOP PACKAGE AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CARTON GABLE TOP PACKAGE
A blank configured to be folded into a gable top package that holds a food product and is openable by forming a spout for the package. The blank comprising first and second gable panels, first and second top fin panels and first and second gable fin panels. The first gable fin panel comprises a spout top crease that separates the first gable fin panel into a spout top portion and a spout reinforcement portion that is configured to be folded, along the spout top crease, over the spout top portion, wherein the spout reinforcement portion is arranged with a distance from the respective first and second top fin panels.
Carton configured with dual opening capabilities
A dual-opening carton has a front, rear, and opposing side panels. A flap extends over the top of the carton, allowing the top to be opened and re-closed. A score line extends around the carton to facilitate the removal of a top portion of the carton. The score line has segments extending along the front panel, the rear panel, and rear portions of the side panels that have a relatively low cut length to land length ratios that maintain relatively high structural integrity. The score line also has segments extending along the front of the side panels have a relatively high cut length to land length ratio to facilitate tear propagation. The score line extending along the side panels is angled so that a pull force vector removing the top portion of the carton runs along a plane generally parallel to the score line.
PAPER INNER CONTAINER FOR HOLDING LIQUID REFILL CONTENTS
A paper inner container for storage of refilling liquid content, which enables a suction port to be easily formed at a center of an upper surface thereof. The paper inner container includes: four body panels, which form a body having a square tubular shape; and a pair of upper-surface forming panels and a pair of side panels, which are continuously provided on upper edges of the body panels to form an upper surface. The pair of upper-surface forming panels face each other and overlap in a vertical direction. The pair of side panels are positioned between the pair of upper-surface forming panels to face each other and are folded up along with overlapping of the upper-surface forming panels. The pair of upper-surface forming panels have holes, which are formed at centers of the upper-surface forming panels to serve as a suction port.
Packaging and filling device, paper container and blank
A packaging and filling device, a paper container, and a blank is disclosed, in which the container is substantially protected from permeation leakage from an end surface. The blank for the paper container comprises an upper part, a bottom part, and a cylindrical main body having four side walls and a square cross-section, and is formed by a packaging and filling device. The packaging and filling device comprises a loading unit for retrieving the blank and loading a cylindrical blank, a bottom-part-molding unit for molding the bottom part of the cylindrical blank and obtaining a container, a filling unit for filling the container with a liquid food item from an upper opening, and an upper-part-sealing unit for heat-sealing the upper opening.
Beverage carton divider
A beverage container to enable the manufacture and packaging of two flavors of juice or other liquid drinks. At present, the preference and favorite flavor of an individual consumer is not accommodated unless two or more products are purchased. This invention provides a cardboard or plastic divider panel that is incorporated into any existing cartons that overcomes these limitations by enabling a carton to be divided into two flavors. Each side of the beverage container has a spout for separate pouring the contents of that particular side.
Packaging and filling device, paper container and blank
A packaging and filling device, a paper container, and a blank is disclosed. The blank comprises a sixth panel in a readily foldable state prior to a step for forming a bottom part, and provides sufficient length in a folded portion to protect the end surface of a packaging material. The blank for the paper container is formed by the packaging and filling device and comprises a top part, a bottom part, and a cylindrical body having four side walls and a square cross-section. The packaging and filling device comprises a loading unit for retrieving the blank and loading a cylindrical blank, a bottom-part-molding unit for molding the bottom part of the cylindrical blank to obtain a container, a filling unit for filling the container with liquid food from an upper opening, and an upper-part-sealing unit for heat-sealing the upper opening.
