The container is manually formed from the an engraved laminar sheet. The containers can be stored and transported flat.

The present disclosure provides a tear strip (100, 200) formed onto one or more wall panels (190) of a packaging blank (290) is provided. The tear strip includes one or more tear lines (110) configured onto at least one of the wall panels of the packaging blank and adapted to be cut there-through. Each of the one or more tear lines includes a first line of weakness (111) extending longitudinally between a proximal end towards a distal end and extends to a depth generally equal to an entire thickness of the packaging blank at the first line of weakness. The tear line further includes a second line of weakness (115) extending generally diagonally away from the first line of weakness in a direction away from a center of the tear strip and towards the distal end of the wall panel. The second line of weakness extends to a depth lesser than the entire thickness of the packaging blank. In operation, the tear strip may torn by pulling the one or more tear lines together such that a generally clean cut through a cross-section of the packaging blank is achieved at each of the first line of weakness and the second line of weakness.

The following summary concerns the development of a folded leak-proof container (46) that consists of one piece of fiberboard or cardboard (1) containing slits and folds that produce the center panel (3), the top panel (4), the bottom panel (5), the side panels (6 and 7), and the end panels (8-15), the latter of which contain lengthwise slits (18-25) to be folded in order to form the side handles of the container (46); the container may also include a top handle (2). The main function of the container (46) is to keep cool, transport, and cool items that must be refrigerated; it can do so through the addition of ice or any coolant compatible with the material used to manufacture the container.

A carton for holding at least one article includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, at least one side panel, and a top panel. The carton further includes a tray formed from the bottom panel, the front panel, the back panel, and the at least one side panel, and the tray is for at least partially receiving the at least one article. The carton further includes a lid formed from the at least one top panel, the lid includes at least one article engaging feature for engaging the at least one article.

Provided is a package for transporting articles and method for constructing the same. The package includes a sheet including a side shell including side walls each including a functionally seamless outer surface within a side wall area. At least one of the side walls includes a side wall tab extending beyond the side wall area and terminating in a side wall tab crease. The sheet further includes partitions one or more of which is rotatably connected to a side wall by at least the side wall crease. The sheet further includes at least one bottom panel. The package is constructed by folding at least one partition portion of the sheet along a crease parallel to a top line of the side shell, folding and securing at least one bottom panel and folding and securing two ends of the side shell while maintaining the package in the same orientation.

The base includes first and second base portions that partially overlap one another or interlock. The disclosure provides a configuration wherein the base of the foldable hang tab body is configured to be adhered to merchandise or to a merchandise storage container. The disclosure also provides a configuration wherein the base is placed inside a merchandise storage container with the hook protruding through a slot defined by the container.

A first container includes a base panel, four side panels coupled to the base panel, two cover panels pivotally coupled to two of the side panels, and two top panels pivotally coupled to the other two side panels. A second container includes a base panel, four side panels coupled to the base panel, two cover panels pivotally coupled to two of the side panels, a top panel pivotally coupled to another of the side panels, a front panel pivotally coupled to the top panel, and a separation panel pivotally coupled to the last of the side panels. The containers are configured to be arranged in assembled configurations that define enclosed compartments suitable for storing items.
