WEDGE SHAPED CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MAKING A WEDGE SHAPED CONTAINER
20250171195 · 2025-05-29 · ·

A wedge shaped container formed from a folded web of flexible material. The container comprises a base (1), a rear wall (2) connected to the base, and a pair of upstanding side walls decreasing in height from the rear wall to the opposite end of the base. Each side wall is formed of two side wall panels (4, 6) connected at an edge of the base and connected by a hinge joint. From a fold-flat configuration, folding of the rear wall (2) away from the base (1) causes the side wall panels (4, 6) to be folded inwardly into the erected configuration. The container may have an integral lid (8). The invention also extends to a method of making a blank using a sequence of cuts to create unsupported file regions.

Box blank

A box blank useful for forming a container includes a first layer including paperboard, a second layer including a paper layer and a foil layer, and an adhesive layer adhering the first layer to the second layer. The foil layer is between the paperboard and the paper layer.

MODIFIED RECYCLABLE CONTAINER AND METHOD OF FORMING A SHIPPING PACK HAVING ARTICLES SECURED THEREIN

A modified container and blank therefore of the RSC type having a material web attached thereto to retain an article within an erected container. The web material is selected from one or more materials having substantially identical recycling characteristics to the container material and is coated in a cohesive film. Two operably oppositely disposed lid portions of the container include a slot centrally formed therein so as to facilitate the deflection inwardly of the web material to overlie in a predetermined configuration articles to be secured within a shipping pack thus formed. Methods of deflecting the web and sealingly securing articles to be retained within the shipping pack are disclosed.

Container content alignment apparatus and system

A container content apparatus comprises two inserts. Each insert comprises a top portion, a bottom portion, and two side flaps. Each top portion comprises a die cut handle. The apparatus is adapted to be inserted into an inside of a container adjacent to interior walls of the container. An area defined by the inserts is adapted to receive a stack of media. When the inserts are removed via the handles, a gap or space exists between the outer edges of the stack and the interior walls of the container providing automatic alignment of the stack centered on the inside of the container and providing proper alignment to feed the stack directly from the container to an infeed of a printer.

Temperature insulated packaging systems and related methods

A temperature insulated packaging system includes a container having interior surface bounding an interior volume and a liner disposed within the interior volume and at least partially bounding a compartment configured to receive an item for temperature insulated shipping. The liner includes a first sleeve made of cellulose material and at least partially bounds a channel. The first sleeve has an outside wall disposed adjacent to the container and an opposing inside wall disposed adjacent to the compartment configured to receive the item for shipping, the channel being disposed between the inside wall and the outside wall. At least one insulation sheet is disposed within the channel of the first sleeve, the at least one insulation sheet being made of a cellulose material and having a plurality of recesses formed thereon.
