A container device and methods of operation and assembly of the same are provided. The container device is formed from a foldable material and includes interior locking mechanisms that prevent an inner box from being removed from an outer cover unless a user depresses a portion of the outer box to disengage an internal locking mechanism. A secondary locking mechanism prevents the inner box from being removed entirely from the outer cover.

Aspects of the disclosure provide for a product packaging that includes a sheet of material that has at least one recess in the sheet of material. The one or more recesses are configured to store a product. Namely, the one or more recesses are shaped based on an outline of the product and includes an inclined portion that is configured to slope away from the stored product. When the stored product is pressed to be in contact with the inclined portion, an end of the product extends out from the recess. The extended end may be used to remove the product from the product packaging.

A packaging (14) includes a case (12) and a drawer (10). The drawer (10) has a rear wall (18) and two opposite lateral walls and further has an articulated upper portion and a lower portion. Upper and lower parts of the same lateral wall are disjointed to allow toggling of the upper portion of the drawer relative to the lower portion. At least one of the lower part and the upper part of each lateral wall has an extension (26ap, 26bp) which extends longitudinally towards the other part such that the extension (26ap, 26bp) extends parallel opposite the other part of the lateral wall for all configurations of the two portions of the drawer between an aligned configuration and a useful tilted configuration of the drawer.

A carton for holding at least one article includes a dispenser that includes a dispenser feature and at least two first panels extending at least partially around an interior of the dispenser. The carton also includes a sleeve including at least two second panels extending at least partially around an interior of the sleeve. The interior of the sleeve at least partially receives the dispenser, and the dispenser is in slidable engagement with the sleeve and is moveable between a first position in which the dispenser feature is inaccessible and a second position in which the dispenser feature is accessible.

Disclosed is a blank for a tray, or a tray formed from a blank, the blank including a base section, two side sections, a front section and a rear section, each side section including at least a portion having a width exceeding 60% of the width of the base section and a length of the base section exceeding 300% of the width of the base section and a length of elastic material attached to the blank at or towards its ends on the side sections of the blank, the attachment not being present between the elastic material and the side sections in the region of the side sections extending from the hinge line between the respective side section and the base section to a position spaced perpendicularly from the hinge line lying a distance of 25% of the width of the base section from the hinge line.

A container comprising an outer casing and an inner casing. The inner casing is received within the outer casing and is retractable from the outer casing. The inner casing includes a locking tab which engages with a locking layer of the outer housing.

A carton for holding at least one article includes a dispenser that includes a dispenser feature and at least two first panels extending at least partially around an interior of the dispenser. The carton also includes a sleeve including at least two second panels extending at least partially around an interior of the sleeve. The interior of the sleeve at least partially receives the dispenser, and the dispenser is in slidable engagement with the sleeve and is moveable between a first position in which the dispenser feature is inaccessible and a second position in which the dispenser feature is accessible.

A package comprising a housing and a slide being slidably in a sliding direction accommodated in the housing from a locked position wherein the slide is locked inside the housing and at least an intermediate position wherein the slide is partly located outside a front opening of the housing. The housing comprises at least a bottom wall, a top wall and longitudinal side walls extending in the sliding direction, whereby the bottom wall and the top wall are connected to each other by means of the side walls. The slide is provided with at least one extension lockable under spring force in the locked position in a blind recess located in the top wall of the housing near a rear end of the housing. The at least one extension is movable against spring force out of the recess to allow the slide to be movable to at least the intermediate position. The slide is provided with at least one other extension lockable under spring force in the locked position in a blind recess located in the bottom wall of the housing, whereby the at least one extension as well as the at least one other extension must be moved both out of the corresponding recess to allow the slide to be movable to at least the intermediate position and/or the bottom wall, the top wall and/or the side wall of the housing is provided with at least one passage, through which a rear side of the slide is reachable for pushing the slide from the locked position towards the intermediate position.

A package comprising a housing and a slide being slidably in a sliding direction accommodated in the housing from a locked position wherein the slide is locked inside the housing and at least an intermediate position wherein the slide is partly located outside a front opening of the housing. The housing comprises at least a bottom wall, a top wall and longitudinal side walls extending in the sliding direction, whereby the bottom wall and the top wall are connected to each other by means of the side walls. The slide is provided with at least one extension lockable under spring force in the locked position in a recess located in the top wall of the housing near a rear end of the housing. The at least one extension is movable against spring force out of the recess to allow the slide to be movable to at least the intermediate position. The front opening of the housing is rectangular. The slide is provided with a rectangular wall forming a closure wall of the rectangular front opening of the housing in the locked position. The housing is provided with at least one passage, through which a rear side of the slide is reachable for pushing the slide from the locked position towards the intermediate position.

A container (1) for consumer goods, the container comprises an outer sleeve (20) and inner tray (10) disposed within the outer sleeve (20), and configured to slide within the outer sleeve (20) between: a first position, in which the interior of the inner tray (10) cannot be accessed by a user; and a second position, in which the interior of the inner tray (10) can be accessed by a user. The container (1) has a locking mechanism for preventing the inner tray (10) from sliding with respect to the outer sleeve from the first position to the second position, when the inner tray (10) is in the first position in the outer sleeve (20).
