The side panels are provided with guides or rails that extend toward the bottom panel. Front and rear panels are provided with guides or rails so that each of the front and rear panel can assemble to and between the side panels, sliding into engagement in a direction toward the bottom panel. A lid has an integrally-molded hinge member that engages with an integrally-molded hinge member of the rear panel.

A side of the post comprises a notch, each corner of two sides of the notch comprises a first positioning edge and a second positioning edge intersecting the first positioning edge. Side edges, which are adjacent to each other, of the two side panels each bend and define a first abutting edge and a second abutting edge. The first abutting edge is disposed at an outer end of a respective one of the two side panels, and the first abutting edge and the second abutting edge respectively abut the first positioning edge and the second positioning edge. The pressing strip is connected to the post and is pressed to the first abutting edges of the two side panels.

Each angle element includes a) a horizontal puzzle member including a male knob at one end and a female lock at the other end; and, b) a vertical member including a vertically extending male adjunct at one end thereof and a vertically extending female adjunct at the other end thereof, the vertical member being integrally orthogonally connected to the horizontal puzzle member. The angle elements are configurable, i.e. can be assembled, to form a container by: engagement of the male knobs of the plurality of angle elements with female locks of adjacent angle elements; and, engagement of the vertically extending male adjuncts of the angle elements with female adjuncts of adjacent angle elements. The container may include corner angle elements and additional types of angle elements such as intermediate angle elements, curved angle applications, L-shaped angle elements, etc.

A system and method for providing a collapsible pallet container is disclosed. The collapsible pallet container includes a container base, a pair of top panel components, a pair of end wall panel components, and a pair of side wall panel components coupled on each side to one of the set of corner posts. The container base has four corner posts. Each of the top panels has a release cable and a pair of release cable end. Each of the top panel components slides outward towards one of the pair of side wall panel components and pivots into a vertical position and slides downward parallel to its corresponding side wall panel component; each of the wall panel components pivots inward one at a time until on top of the container base; and each of the side wall panel components with its corresponding top panel component in its vertical and parallel orientation pivots inward one at a time on top of the pair of end wall panel components.

Container system

Engineered handheld bin system constructed of modular components creating custom heights and increased interior volume greater than known handheld plastic containers. The bin includes a base, a frame, four corner members and a wall member having a plurality of side panels. In one embodiment, the four corner members interlockably couple the frame and the base. In one embodiment, the base includes a base frame defining a channel to selectively couple to the bottom edge of the wall member and the frame defines a wall member accepting slot to engage and compress a portion of the top edge of the wall member.

Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a customized storage system. In one implementation, a folding crate movable between a storage position and a collapsed position is provided. The crate may include a first frame end of a crate having a first frame, a second frame end having a second frame disposed opposite the first frame, and a base panel fixed to and extending between the second frame. The crate may include swinging panels that are releasably secured to the second frame when the crate is in a storage position and rotatable about a swinging axis at the first frame to move the crate into a collapsed position. The crate may also include folding panels pivotally mounted to the first frame and the second frame that are foldable along a folding axis when the crate moves into the collapsed position.

A modular cube for a vinyl record is an apparatus that stores, organizes, and displays multiple vinyl records. The apparatus includes a plurality of box walls and an interlocking mechanism. In order to create a cube-shape, the plurality of box walls includes a base wall, a cover wall, and a plurality of lateral walls. Each of the plurality of box walls latches with each other and is easily dismantled because of the interlocking mechanism. While connected to one another, the plurality of box walls house multiple vinyl records. In order to display a record casing across a wall of the plurality of lateral walls, the apparatus further includes at least one dowel. In order to further display each record casing and easily access the multiple records housed within the apparatus from any direction, the apparatus further includes a table adapter and a turntable.

Flexible dynamic packaging of product entities

A modular shipping container includes a layer of two side pieces positioned against sides of a component of several components with a same width. The side piece include pegs protruding from a top of each side piece and bottom openings in a bottom of each side piece sized and positioned to conform to the pegs. The container includes one or more end pieces on the same layer as the side pieces. Each end of the end piece is shaped to attach to an end of a side piece and is shaped to maintain a width between the side pieces. A length of an area formed by the side pieces and end pieces is sized to accommodate a maximum length of each component. The components have a height that is an integer number of standard units and a height of the side pieces matches an integral number of the standard units.

Front and rear panels are provided with guides or rails so that each of the front and rear panel can assemble between the assembled side panels, sliding into engagement in a direction toward the bottom panel. A lid has an integrally-molded hinge member that engages with an integrally-molded hinge member of the rear panel.
