The main body further has a first handle arrangement and a second handle arrangement. Each of the handle arrangements are disposed on opposite sides of the upper surface of the main body. Each of the first portion and the second portion of the lid are also disposed on opposite sides of the upper surface of the main body. Each of the first portion and the second portion are hingedly connected along the upper surface of the main body. Each of the first portion and the second portion have at least one tooth which is configured to nest into a corresponding recess in each of the opposite lids where the device is in a closed position.
Carton with locking features
A carton for holding one or more articles includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton, the plurality of panels including a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel. The carton also includes a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels and forming a closed top portion of the carton, the closed top portion of the carton is reconfigurable between a first configuration having a substantially flat profile and a second configuration forming a handle of the carton. The carton also includes locking features for engaging at least one other carton.
BIN WITH FLIP LID
The bin with flip lid device includes a main body and lid having a first portion and a second portion. The main body includes a plurality of sides, an upper surface, and a bottom surface.
Security bin
A security bin formed from a commercially available rectangular plastic bin having removable lids that are secured to the bin to prevent unauthorized access to the items placed therein. The lids are locked with a tamperproof flap and latching hook to prevent access to the bin contents. Plexiglass windows allow viewing of materials placed within the bin. Spring pins allow ease of lid movement for access to the bin contents, or allow removal of the windows to allow stacking for storage and shipping. An optional scanner can be mounted to one of the lids for recording and tracking of storage media placed within the bin.
Covered storage bin
A storage bin including a box and a lid. The box includes a bottom and at least four walls extending from the bottom to an upper rim. The lid is configured to be positioned relative to the rim such that the lid closes the box. The lid defines a planar lid surface with an upwardly extending peripheral raised edge thereabout. A plurality of friction feet may be secured to the box bottom. The lid may include at least one lock assembly. The lid may include a label assembly.
Rigid tray container and method of use
Embodiments of this disclosure include a rigid tray container and methods and equipment for using the rigid tray container in batched process operations. In one embodiment, a mass container is sized and dimensioned to receive one or several rigid tray containers. In other embodiments, equipment is configured to lid/unlid, secure, stack, load/unload, and buffer rigid tray containers. In other embodiments, equipment is configured to stack and stage mass containers. In some embodiments, methods are provided for batch processing items.
Structure of Storage Box
A structure of a storage box includes a main body, a stacking assembly, and a forward opening. The main body has an upper and front-facing opening and a recess on the rear. The stacking assembly is attached to the main body, covers the upper and front-facing opening, and has an upper cover and a front cover, the upper cover fitted to the front cover with a snap and having a convex portion, the shape of the convex portion identical to the shape of the recess. The forward opening is a part of the upper and front-facing opening of the main body and is covered by the front cover. When two or more storage boxes are stacked, the convex portion of the second storage box embeds the recess of the first storage box, preventing the entire structure from tilting forward when the front cover of the storage box above is opened.
IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO LID ARRANGEMENTS
A lid arrangement (20) comprises first and second lids (22) for use in a container (12) comprising a wall arrangement (16). Each lid (22) is movable between open and closed positions. Each lid (22) comprises opposite first and second edges (124, 126), and a plurality of rib formations (132) extending transverse to the aforesaid edges (124, 126). When the first and second lids (22) are In the closed positions, the rib formations (132) of the first lid (22) overlap the rib formations (132) of the second lid (22), so that each rib formation (132) of the first lid (22) extends parallel to, and alongside, a corresponding rib formation (132) of the second lid (22) to provide a line of support (S) that extends across the lid arrangement (20) from the first edge (124) of the first lid (22) to the first edge (124) of the second lid (22).
Lid for a reusable plastic container
Exemplary embodiments provide a sheet to form a lid to substantially close a container. The sheet comprises a rectangular base having opposing side edges, opposing end edges, an upper surface and a lower surface. At least one notch is included on each of the side edges, where the notches correspond to a protrusion on an upper surface of two side walls of the container. A portion of the lower surface of the sheet at the side edges are configured to engage with the upper surface of the two side walls of the container. A foldable flap extends outwardly from each of the two end edges. The foldable flaps are configured to fold downwardly and engage against end walls of the container. The rectangular base has a thickness of at least 0.125 inches to support weight of items placed on the upper surface of the rectangular base without collapsing.
LOGISTICS APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING EMPTY/FULL STATE OF LOGISTICS APPARATUS
The invention relates to the field of logistics, and discloses a logistics apparatus and a method for identifying empty/full state of the logistics apparatus, which efficiently and accurately realizes automatic recognition of empty and full state. The invention includes: a base and side plates at four sides; a foldable mechanism being provided between the base and each side plate so that the side plates can be folded toward the base; and a short-range wireless transmitter module and a short-range wireless receiver module being respectively disposed on the base and at least one side plate; the short-range wireless transmitter module is configured to transmit a wireless signal indicating the identification of the logistics apparatus; and an arbiter, configured to determine whether the short-range wireless receiver module can currently receive the identifier transmitted by the short-range wireless transmitting module, and if yes, outputting an electrical signal indicating an empty state, otherwise, outputting an electrical signal indicating a full state.
