SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR PACKAGING CABLES
20180002102 · 2018-01-04 ·

In a cable packaging system and method a retainer within a container retains coiled cables in a preferred orientation, such as a vertical orientation, with the coil axis of the coiled cable directed longitudinally toward sidewalls of the container and a diameter line of a plane defined by the coil directed toward the top and bottom of the container. The retainer may include a resilient material, such as a foam material, to allow insertion of a coiled cable and return at least partially to a neutral, pre-insertion, position to thereby engage and retain the coiled cable.

The present invention discloses a lightweight and large-capacity garage kit carrying case, including a case body provided with a case opening door on a circumferential surface thereof. The case body is formed by splicing a plurality of double-layer plastic panels with hollow interiors; a plurality of small bumps are correspondingly formed side by side on opposite surfaces of the plastic panels, located on two sides of the case opening door, of the case body; a cargo chute is formed between two adjacent rows of upper and lower small bumps; and a tray capable of being pulled along a direction of the case opening door is erected between two cargo chutes arranged symmetrically. The case features light weight, high strength, large capacity, and high space utilization, making it convenient to carry a large number of garage kit models for board games.

Substrate container with enhanced flow field therein

A substrate container with enhanced flow field therein includes a box, at least one offset inflation mechanism and at least one gas diffusion mechanism. The offset inflation mechanism is disposed outside internal receiving space of the box. The offset inflation mechanism has a gaseous chamber extending in the same direction as a bottom panel. The gas diffusion mechanism includes a base, a partition wall and at least one diffusion member. The base masks an outlet of the gaseous chamber to form an auxiliary gaseous chamber. The partition wall extends perpendicularly to the bottom panel to form a vertical first gas channel in communication with the auxiliary gaseous chamber. The diffusion member and the partition wall together define a second gas channel. The partition wall has at least one gap whereby the first gas channel and the second gas channel are in communication with each other.

Packing box for liquid crystal glass panel

The present disclosure relates to a packing box for liquid crystal glass panel, including: a box body, the side walls of which cooperate with each other to form a placement area used for placing the liquid crystal glass panel; a supporting member; and a mounting groove formed on the inner side of at least one side wall of the box body for receiving the supporting member, wherein a mounting part capable of forming a complementary shape fit with the mounting groove is formed on one end of the supporting member, and a supporting part extending toward the placement area is formed on the other end of the supporting member. The packing box is provided with the supporting member on the inner side of the side wall of the box body, in order to support and position the liquid crystal glass panel through the good structural strength of the supporting member itself. The supporting member cooperates with the side walls of the box body on the two sides thereof to form a holding area, for placing the chip on film of the liquid crystal glass panel. Therefore, the chip on film can be out of contact with the packing box, thus providing better protection for the liquid crystal glass panel.
