PIERCING TOOL

Provided is a piercing tool which can be used by optionally replacing a distal end portion, which is to be first brought into abutment against an object to be pierced such as the ground, and can facilitate a replacement operation of the distal end portion. A piercing tool (1) includes: a distal end portion (2), which has a cylindrical shape, and is to be first brought into abutment against an object; and a main body portion (3), which has a cylindrical shape at at least a part of the main body portion (3), and has one end portion to which the distal end portion (2) is mounted, wherein the distal end portion (2) is removably mounted to the one end portion of the main body portion (3). The distal end portion (2) has an inner peripheral surface having a female thread formed at an end portion of the distal end portion (2) on a side to be mounted to the main body portion (3). The main body portion (3) has an outer peripheral surface having a male thread (36) formed so as to be engaged with the female thread at the end portion of the main body portion (3) on a side to which the distal end portion (2) is mounted. The distal end portion (2) has a Rockwell hardness higher than a Rockwell hardness of the main body portion (3).

STAND-ON OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT FOR AERATING SOIL

A stand-on aerator includes a chassis, an operator platform extending from a rear portion of the chassis, an aerator assembly coupled to the chassis and having a plurality of reciprocating tines configured to extend from and retract into the aerator assembly, and an object detection sensor. At least a portion of the plurality of reciprocating tines are configured to retract in response to the object detection sensor detecting an object in a path of the aerator assembly.

Turf aerators and assemblies for same

A turf aerator includes a retracting tine assembly and an input mechanism. The tine assembly includes a plurality of tines, a pair of swing arms, and a linkage for selectively moving the pair of swing arms and the plurality of tines from the operating position to the retracted position. The pair of swing arms support the plurality of tines and are configured to rotate the plurality of tines between an operating position to a retracted position. The input is coupled to the linkage and the input is operable to active the linkage to move the pair of swing arms and the plurality of tines from the operating position to the retracted position.

AERATING-ROLLER ATTACHMENT FOR RIDING LAWN MOWER

The aerating-roller attachment for riding lawn mower comprises a roller, a plurality of spikes, and a mounting bracket. The aerating-roller attachment for riding lawn mower may be coupled to a riding lawn mower via the mounting bracket and may aerate a lawn. The riding lawn mower may pull the roller behind the riding lawn mower and the roller may rotate as the riding lawn mower moves. The plurality of spikes may be pressed into the lawn and then withdrawn from the lawn as the roller turns. The weight of the riding lawn mower may force the plurality of spikes into the lawn leaving a plurality of aeration holes such that water, nutrients, and air may penetrate the lawn.

Hybrid tillage implement for vertical tillage and aeration of soil with deposit of soil additive
11185002 · 2021-11-30 · ·

An agricultural tillage implement has a vertical tillage section and an aerating section behind the vertical tillage section, each extending substantially perpendicular to the pull direction of the implement. Individual vertical tillage elements, such as disc blades, can be indexed with individual rotary tine assemblies of the aerator section so that discrete holes formed by the aerator section are positioned between substantially continuous slits formed by the vertical tillage section. A ground deposit system deposits a component on the ground and may be configured for conducting and depositing a granular component, such as seeds, fertilizers, minerals or the like, or liquid components, such as liquid manure.

TINE DISC FOR SPIKE AERATOR
