Bottle Assembly and Valve Assembly
A bottle assembly is provided. The bottle assembly comprises a bottle having an end portion including a first detent formation, and a collar having a second complementary detent formation. The collar is arranged to snap fit to the end portion by engagement of the detent formations by application of force only in a direction towards the bottle. In addition, a valve assembly for use with a drinking vessel is provided. The valve assembly comprises a base member and a sealing member. The sealing member is moveable, dependent on a pressure difference across it, between a sealed position, wherein the sealing member is sealed against the base member, and an unsealed position, wherein the sealing member is unsealed from the base member. One or more channels are formed between the base member and the sealing member and extend to a periphery of the sealing member. The one or more channels are arranged to allow air to enter the drinking vessel from the periphery of the sealing member when the sealing member is in the unsealed position.
Bottle Cap Structure
A bottle cap includes a vacuum unit, a pressure relief unit and a drinking water pipe unit. After the bottle cap is combined with a bottle, the vacuum unit can vacuum the interior of the bottle to preserve food or drink inside the bottle, and the pressure relief unit may be operated to release the air pressure in the bottle in order to open the bottle cap, or open a flip cover of the drinking water pipe unit to drink the fruit juice or water from the bottle. The bottle cap has the effects of preserving the food or drink in the bottom and facilitating drinking.
DUAL VENT FOR STORAGE CONTAINERS
The present disclosure shows a variety of storage container venting assemblies which allow for venting of gasses to equalize pressure differentials created between the interior of the container and the atmosphere. The venting assemblies are capable of venting gasses out of a container when pressure is higher inside the container and into a container when pressure is higher in the atmosphere.
Plastic tank for the storage and transport of bulk material
The present invention relates to a plastic tank for the storage and transport of bulk materials, such as solids, liquids or semi-liquids, wherein said tank comprises a main body (1) with tapered sidewalls and a built-in pallet base (18) with four legs, a main rectangular lid (2), a secondary round lid (3) having a vent cap with a gas valve (4) and a bottom discharge opening (17). Said tanks are made of food grade HDPE of a special composition molded in one-piece using an injection molding process, and are nestable, when empty for shipment purposes and stackable, when full for storage purposes.
Heatable canteen
A heatable canteen includes a hand held vessel having a bottom and upward extending wall which terminates into a top having an open top receiving surface, a removable cap connected to said top receiving surface, the removable cap having an outer portion which removably sealably connects to the top receiving surface and has an interior channel extending therethrough and has a valve seat in a lower end thereof and a valve ball installed in a manner to bias the valve ball against the valve seat to a normally closed position. A secondary vessel is provided about the hand held vessel. A lid is connected to the vessel or cap by way go a heatable line. A distillation tube removably connects to the vessel.
Structure and method of sealing a closure assembly onto the neck finish of a plastic pressure container
A plastic pressure container including a main body portion and a finish portion defining a mouth, the finish portion has an inner surface, an outer surface and an upper rim proximate the mouth. The inner surface has an inner undercut defined therein proximate the upper rim, and the inner undercut has a curved shape in cross-section. The outer surface has an outer undercut defined therein proximate the upper rim, and the outer undercut has a polygonal shape in cross-section. The inner undercut defines a first depth relative to an inner diameter D2 proximate the mouth and the outer undercut defines a second depth relative to an outer diameter D3 proximate the mouth. The second depth is different than the first depth.
Non-negative pressure radiator cap
A non-negative pressure radiator cap is provided and includes a pressure valve having a pressure member, disposed inside a body while having an aperture formed therein. The pressure member is pressed based on an increase in pressure of coolant to move coolant toward a reservoir tank. Additionally, a vacuum valve that includes a head part and a neck part moves vertically based on the pressure of the coolant to open or close the aperture. The neck part passes through the aperture from bottom to top. A sealing member is disposed between the pressure valve and the vacuum valve and has an insertion aperture that is formed at a position corresponding to the aperture of the pressure valve. A retainer is further inserted into the aperture and the insertion hole and a guide directs the vacuum valve to move vertically when the vacuum valve is opened or closed.
Vacuum bottle sealing apparatus
A vacuum bottle sealing apparatus includes a lower unit disposed in an opening of a bottle; an upper unit installed on an upper portion of the lower unit; and a lifting and lowering unit disposed to pass through the lower unit and protrude inwardly of the upper unit from inside of the opening of the bottle. The lifting and lowering unit includes a lifting and lowering bar connected to the upper unit through the lower unit and lifted and lowered by the upper unit; and an elastic sealing ring mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the lifting and lowering bar and sealing am interior of the opening of the bottle as the elastic sealing ring is pressed by the lower unit and then deformed when the lifting and lowering bar is lifted.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING FLOWABLE MATERIAL
In one aspect, a dispenser is provided herein for dispensing flowable material, such as sunscreen lotion, including a resiliently deformable body encompassing a closed volume with an optional flexible pouch disposed therein to accommodate the flowable material. A discharge element is also provided having at least one discharge opening, along with at least one valve regulating flow from the closed volume or the flexible pouch and through the discharge opening. The body is configured so that a threshold amount of deformation of the body causes the flowable material to urge from the closed body through the discharge opening or the pressure increase of the closed volume acting on the flexible pouch sufficiently so that flowable material accommodated in the flexible pouch is urged therefrom through the discharge opening. Advantageously, the dispenser of the subject invention allows for a generally isobaric environment to be created which acts evenly about the flexible pouch. This allows for a more even application of pressure acting against, and a more complete depletion, of the optional flexible pouch.
SELF-VENTING LID FOR CONTAINERS
The present invention relates generally to self-venting food storage containers that release pressure build up inside the sealed container during storage or cooking. The silicone food storage container includes a venting aperture configured to release pressure build-up from within the container. The venting aperture is defined by a barrier and includes an area of silicone that is thinner than the thickness of the material of the lid, so any tear in the venting aperture will not tear past the circumference of the barrier. The silicone food storage container is also dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and, for the most part, unbreakable.
