Collapsible food container
The present specification discloses a collapsible food container. The container includes a wall portion with an outer surface having a substantially smooth shape. The wall portion is configured to bend from raised position to a collapsed position, with the food container being used to retain food in the raised position and being collapsed for storage in the collapsed position.
Vented spout for a liquid storage container
The spout includes a first and a second member. The first member includes an elongated and generally tubular first main body having two segregated and parallel internal passageways, one being an air duct and the other being a liquid duct. Both ducts are substantially straight and substantially unobstructed along the entire first main body but the air duct ends with at least one constricted opening through which the air circuit exits the air duct. A valve is juxtaposed to the rear end of the first main body and is made integral therewith. The valve engages a valve seat provided at the rear end of a tubular inner conduit inside the second member and in which a rear section of the first main body is slidingly axially movable. The valve is normally maintained closed by a biasing element. The spout may be provided with a child resistant closure (CRC) device.
Vacuum sealable container with internal pump mechanism
A pump mechanism for vacuum sealing an airtight cavity formed by a container and a lid, including a bore having a first one-way seal allowing air from the airtight cavity to enter the bore and blocking air inside the bore from returning to the airtight cavity and a second one-way seal allowing air inside the bore to leave the bore without returning to the airtight cavity and blocking air outside of the bore from entering the bore, a piston disposed inside the bore, and a chamber of air enclosed by the bore, the first and second one-way seals, and the piston, wherein actuation of the piston in a first direction causes air to evacuate the airtight cavity and enter the chamber through the first one-way seal, and wherein actuation of the piston in a second direction causes air to exit the chamber through the second one-way seal.
Container with seal to cover a vent
A container for dispensing a liquid can include a body and a seal. The body can include a plurality of walls that define an interior storage volume, an outlet through a first wall of the body for dispensing the liquid, and a vent opening. The seal can cover the vent opening. The seal can include an adhesive to removably couple the seal to the body of the container. The vent opening can include a plurality of openings, and the seal can cover all of the openings.
NESTED FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
A liquid dispensing container assembly comprises an internal container attachable to an outer container, and allows a user to selectively dispense multiple liquids from the container assembly. The internal container includes a head that is securable to an orifice of the outer container and defines a container opening that is fluidly coupled to an interior portion of the outer container, and includes a reservoir opening that is fluidly coupled to a reservoir defined by an elongate body of the inner container. The elongate body is coupled to the head and nested within the outer container while the head is coupled at the orifice. A liquid is dispensable from the reservoir via the reservoir opening, while another liquid is dispensable from the interior portion of the container via the container opening. The first and second liquids may be dispensed individually or simultaneously from the fluid dispensing system.
Display Container For Botanical Specimens
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for a multisensory examination jar for botanical specimens. Embodiments of the disclosed jar may have a body portion with an integrated LED array for illuminating the contents of the jar. The jar may have a removable lid with an integrated magnifying lens, and an opening or port to enable a user to smell the contents of the jar. The opening may have a removable plug to establish a substantially air tight seal on the lid of the jar, to trap odors within the jar. The removable plug can be selectively removed to enable the user to smell the contents of the jar. The jar may have an electronics module and power source operable for wireless charging. The jar may also be configured to interface with a charging dock or base for wireless charging of integrated batteries.
Container with press button opening
A container lid assembly is provided with a press button opening capability. The lid assembly includes a lid having a first outlet opening and a second air opening. A valve member in the lid has a press button actuator and is moveable between a pushed down open position and a pulled up closed position. A biasing member biases the actuator to an extended closed position and the actuator is pressed against the bias of the biasing member. A lock assembly controls movement of the actuator such that one press of the actuator causes the actuator to adopt one of the open or closed positions and a second press of the actuator causes the actuator to adopt the other of the open or closed positions.
FRESHNESS PRESERVING FOOD CONTAINER
A container for preserving the freshness of a stored food product is disclosed. The container has a receptacle with a piston and seal arrangement that creates a variable volume for food storage. A vent and seal arrangement allows for the removal of air as the piston is oved within the receptacle to reduce the volume within. A removable engaging member pushes the piston upward in order to reduce the inner volume of the container as the food stored in the container is consumed. This reduction in space and associated removal of air inhibit the oxidation and spoilage of many popular foods such as guacamole. With the engaging member removed, the container is also useful for serving the stored food product. t.
Fluid guiding device and vacuum container having the same
A fluid guiding device and a vacuum container having the same comprising: a tapered plug having a tapered portion including first flow guiding grooves extending from the edge of the upper surface of the tapered portion to the guiding column, and a guiding column extending from the center of an upper surface of the tapered portion and including second flow guiding grooves formed along a longitudinal direction of the guiding column, the first flow guiding grooves each being in communication with a corresponding second flow guiding groove; and a tapered plug guide having a top opening and a guiding channel, the guiding column being inserted into the guiding channel, the guiding channel matching the guiding column and preventing the tapered portion from entering the guiding channel, the guiding channel and the second flow guiding grooves being in communication with the top opening.
Beverage container closure
A beverage container closure or lid that is adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is selectively couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be selectively opened by a user by the user pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the user releases the button. Thus, a user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container.
