Lid having a pre-venting lid lever and a seal arm assembly
A lid includes a lid lever and a seal arm assembly that stage opening of a vent hole relative to a drink hole so that vapor within the liquid container may be vented to the atmosphere before the drink hole is opened. As the lid lever is rotated a first direction, beginning from a closed position, the lid lever rotates a small amount independently of the seal arm assembly to open a vent hole before contacting the seal arm assembly to open a drink hole. As the lid lever is rotated in a second direction, from an open position, the lid lever and the seal arm assembly rotate in unison until the drink hole is closed.
LID FOR CONTAINERS UNDER VACUUM
A closure includes an overcap having an annular skirt, and an annular wall extending inwardly from the skirt. A lid is carried by the overcap radially within the annular skirt, and includes a hub, and an annular margin extending radially outwardly with respect to the hub, and having upper and lower surfaces. An annular container seal extends circumferentially continuously around the annular margin. One or more vents may extend through the annular margin between the upper and lower surfaces thereof at one or more discrete circumferential locations radially inward with respect to the container seal. One or more vent seals may be disposed at the one or more vents between the lid and the overcap.
NOZZLE FOR FAST INFLATION AND DEFLATION
A nozzle for fast inflation and deflation includes a flexible plastic body, an air tube, and a sealing plug. The flexible plastic body is connected to a bottom of the air tube, and the sealing plug is flexibly connected to an outer port of the air tube. A valve sheet is in the flexible plastic body. For air inflation or deflation, a gap as an air channel is formed between the valve sheet and the air tube for inflation or deflation without pressing the flexible plastic body. To store air, the air tube is bent downward until the flexible plastic body is deformed to cause the valve sheet to contact the inner port of the air tube so as to avoid air leakage. Then, the air tube is allowed to be slowly plugged by the sealing plug. The problem of internal air leaking out is thus fully solved.
Container Closure for Pourable Liquids Including a Pour Spout and a Tamper Evident Vent Structure
A re-closable vent for a container closure which requires no pre-formed holes in the closure deck, provides a tamper-evident feature, and provides simple rotation of a cap structure to open and a vent after punching out a frangible deck section.
Transfer cap
A cap, a method of using a cap, and a system for using the cap. The cap is capable of being fitted to a bottle. The cap includes a transfer port; and a vent port. The vent port includes a membrane and a valve.
Container for providing aromatic sampling and visualization of contents
A display container for botanical samples includes: (a) an enclosure including a container body having an open top and a lid detachably mounted to the container body and covering the open top. The container body and the lid enclose an interior chamber for storing a botanical sample. The lid has a transparent viewing section extending over the interior chamber for viewing the botanical sample. The display container further includes (b) one or more scent ports extending through the lid between the chamber and environment. The one or more scent ports are spaced apart from the transparent viewing section. The display container further includes (c) a plug mounted to the lid and sealing the one or more scent ports. At least a portion of the plug is movable away from the lid to expose the one or more scent ports for sampling an aroma of the botanical sample.
Wine stopper
Provided is a wine stopper capable of being vacuumized, the wine stopper comprising a base capable of covering an outer side of a wine bottle, and a shell enclosing a cavity with the base. A boss capable of being clamped in a bottle opening is arranged on one side, away from the shell, of the base. The wine stopper further comprises a power source arranged in the cavity and a vacuum pump capable of creating a vacuum in the wine bottle, a through hole capable of communicating the vacuum pump with the interior of the bottle is provided in the boss, a measurement assembly capable of measuring a vacuum degree of the interior of the wine bottle is arranged in the cavity, and the measurement assembly is electrically connected with the vacuum pump.
Pressure release technology for hard-sided cooler boxes
A hard-sided cooler box may include a channel or cylindrical-shaped hole that extends from the outside of the cooler box to the inside of the cooler box. This cylindrical-shaped hole or channel may be covered/sealed by one or more latches of the cooler box when the cooler box is closed, and the latches are secured. However, when the latches of the cooler box are released, the cylindrical-shaped hole or channel may be unblocked, and the air from the interior of the cooler box can escape to the outside of the cooler box before the lid is lifted from the body. This allows the lid to be opened with no struggle.
Container for providing aromatic sampling and visualization of contents
A display container includes (a) an enclosure having a container body and a lid mounted to the container body to enclose an interior chamber for storing botanical samples. The lid includes a lens defining an optical axis. The container body includes (i) an open top covered by the lid and defined by an opening, (ii) an interior base surface in the interior chamber and defined by an area smaller than that of the opening, the optical axis intersecting the base surface, and (iii) an interior sidewall surface sloping toward the base surface. The display container further includes (b) one or more scent ports extending through the lid, and (c) a port blocking member attached to the lid and movable between a closed position for blocking the scent ports and an open position for sampling an aroma of the botanical samples through the scent ports.
BUNG PLUG SEAL
A bung plug seal for bung containers, the bung plug seal having a bung plug for being disposed in a bung socket of the bung container, the bung plug having a plug depression for inserting a fitting tool, the plug depression having a depression bottom provided with at least one ventilation opening, and the bung plug being provided with a ventilation plug which is disposed in the plug depression and a thread bolt of which is accommodated in an internal thread of a receiving hole formed in the depression bottom and which has a lid disk provided with a handling unit and connected to the thread bolt for sealing the ventilation opening in a closed position of the ventilation plug.
