METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COVERING A PORTION OF A PROPANE CYLINDER
A flexible, hardened material created for the added stability, rust prevention and safety for all users of propane cylinders, tanks, canisters or the like. The composition of device can vary in flexibility, hardness, color, composition, shape or size. The molding/forming of the device can include but is not limited to injection molding, rotational molding, blow molding, compression molding, transfer molding, silicone molding and vacuum thermoforming. The device can be formed from a composition which may include, but is not limited to, rubber, thermoplastics, polymers, and synthetics of various durometer. The device can be non-electrostatic and can protect against ambient ground electrostatic charges.
TAMPER-EVIDENT BAND ASSEMBLY
A two-piece tamper-evident band assembly for use with a container and closure combination, where the container has a peripheral collar and the closure has a skirt, is shown. The tamper-evident band assembly includes a breakaway band frangibly connected to a staying ring. The staying ring has decreased flexibility where it connects to the container and closure combination, which prevents the assembly from deforming in a manner that will cause the assembly to fail to indicate that the container has been opened. The tamper-evident band assembly also indicates whether the container has been compromised without requiring modification of the container or the closure and can be applied to existing container and closure combinations that lack a tamper-evident system, allowing the assembly to be used with a variety of container and closure combinations.
UNIBODY BOTTLE TOP ENCLOSURE
A closure that secures the contents of a partially filled, but closed, bottle of wine, liquor, or other liquid. The partially filled, but closed, bottle of wine, liquor, or other liquid has a neck with a contour and a mouth. The closure includes a capsule and a tie wrap. The capsule fits over the neck of the partially filled, but closed, bottle of wine, liquor, or other liquid, and in doing so, secures the mouth of the neck of the partially filled, but closed, bottle of wine, liquor, or other liquid. The tie wrap is operatively connected to the capsule, and selectively maintains the capsule securing the mouth of the neck of the partially filled, but closed, bottle of wine, liquor, or other liquid.

CHILD RESISTANT AND SENIOR FRIENDLY CAN LID
The present invention is directed to a can lid that is child resistant, and at the same time senior friendly, and can be initially installed on a can to be removed by an adult, especially a senior adult, and be put back on the can in the same condition where a child could still not be able to easily remove it. The child resistant and senior friendly can lid provided has a replaceable can lid and a locking member, such that when a can is initially opened, it may be readily resealed. The child resistant and senior friendly can lid has tapered, smooth sides to make the lid difficult to grasp and a sealing ledge on the inside surface to grab the seam roll of the upper edge of the can. The lid sealing ledge is relieved in two areas ninety degrees apart leaving a ridge to maintain a seal when the lid is attached to a can. The can lid will be flexible enough to bend for removal by seniors but resistant to removal by children.

An Overcap
A cap for use with a container is described. In one embodiment, the cap is a protective overcap. In one embodiment, the comprises a groove to receive a protrusion of the container; and at least one compartment having an internal void with a volume sufficient to enclose antennae of the container.
SEALING CAP FOR A CONTAINER CLOSURE AND CONTAINER CLOSURE COMPRISING SUCH A SEALING CAP
A sealing cap made of an elastic plastic material for a container closure includes a container socket base formed on a container for disposing a container socket having a bung plug disposed in a bung socket formed on the container socket base, the sealing cap comprising a lid disk which has a fastening means disposed on an underside of the lid disk and provided with a snap-lock means for forming a snap-lock connection with the bung plug, and an edge skirt disposed at the circumference of the lid disk and connected to the lid disk via a predetermined breaking means. The lid disk has a support means for supporting the lid disk on the container socket base, the support means being disposed radially inside adjacent to the predetermined breaking means on the underside of the lid disk.
