Packaging Apparatus and Methods for Fabricating Same
According to one aspect, an improved packaging apparatus having first panels oriented in a first direction and second panels oriented in a second direction. The first and second panels cooperate to define a plurality of cells into which parts can be received. At least some of the first and second panels are made from reclaimed waste material. The waste material could be a foam board, such as is used in the manufacturing of headliners for automotive vehicles.
Folding container
A long corrugated plastic folding container, having a folding structure in which a first side panel and latch side panel that oppose each other are provided from a floor panel, a first incision having the same height is provided in the first side panels, third incisions are provided thereabove, second incisions are provided therebelow, a second side panel is provided towards the front and rear edges of the floor panel, frames are attached to the upper end parts of the first side panels and second side panels, the first incisions of the first side panels fold inwards, and the second incisions and third incisions fold outwards, where the height dimension of the first side panel is greater than the short edge dimension, and, above the third incision serves as an upper short side panel, below the third incision and above the second incision.
FILMS AND BAGS HAVING THREE DIMENSIONAL PATTERNS
A thermoplastic film which embodies a three-dimensional pattern. The thermoplastic film comprises a three-dimensional pattern including at least three sub-patterns of deformations. The shape, positioning, and pattern deformation density of the at least three sub-patterns of deformations cause the three-dimensional pattern to give the thermoplastic film a thicker appearance.
MULTI-FILM THERMOPLASTIC STRUCTURES AND BAGS HAVING VISUALLY-DISTINCT CONTACT AREAS AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
One or more implementations of a multi-film thermoplastic structure include a first film having a first appearance in contact with a second film having a second appearance at one or more visually-distinct contact areas. Wherein the one or more visually-distinct contact areas, cause the first film to take on the second appearance of the second film. The visually-distinct contact areas being of a uniform gauge and configured to separate before either of the first film or the second film fails when subjected to peel forces.
Environment-friendly paper protective bag manufacturing apparatus
A manufacturing apparatus of an environmental paper protective bag includes a planar structure manufacturing device including an inner layer unreeling module, an outer layer unreeling module and an inner-core layer unreeling module for unreeling multi-layer paper material, the unreeled multi-layer paper material superimposed, and arranged on a working platform to be transmitted along a conveying direction thereof; a tension adjusting device configured to adjust tension of the multi-layer paper material, a stretching module configured to stretch paper that has been die-cut into a network three-dimensional structure, a plurality of first gluing modules configured to glue bonding positions of the multi-layer paper material to join the multi-layer paper material together, a first press-fit module configured to press the bonding positions of glued multi-layer paper material to form a planar structure, which can solve a technical problem that conventional production equipments can't produce a protective bag with an inner-core layer.
Easy-to-tear flexible packaging substrate
The present invention describes easy-to-tear polymeric flexible packaging substrate i.e. polymeric film/laminate. The easy-to-tear flexible packaging film is obtained by providing a plurality of non-through micro-indentations on one or both surface of the film. The micro-indentations are located over the entire or partial surface area of the film. The easy-to-tear packaging laminate of the present invention is obtained by providing a plurality of non-through micro-indentations on at least one surface of at least one layer of the packaging laminate. The micro-indentations are located over the entire or partial surface area of the corresponding surfaces of the layers of the laminate. The micro-indentations may have a depth between 1˜70% of the thickness of the polymeric layer. The density of the micro-indentations on a particular surface may be from 10/cm.sup.2 to 10,000/cm.sup.2.
COMPOSITE BOARD STRUCTURE AND BOX STRUCTURE
A composite board structure and a box structure. According to the composite board structure, by using through holes (214) and pits (21), under the condition of greatly reducing the material and manufacturing costs, the structural performance of the board is improved, and the bending strength of the board is improved, so that the board can replace the existing boards such as corrugated paper, can be applied to structures such as a box, can replace the existing board and box structures under the condition of greatly reducing the material and manufacturing costs, can also be repeatedly used, and has great contribution to environmental protection and related industries.
CUSHION PAD AND PACKAGING BAG THEREOF
The present disclosure providing a cushion pad includes at least one cushion unit including at least one die-cutting region, a length of the die-cutting region increased when the die-cutting region is unfolded; the die-cutting region is unfolded to form a buffer layer that causes the second surface to expand in a thickness direction of the second surface to play a buffering and protective role thereof; the die-cutting region is unfolded to form a three-dimensional network structure. The present disclosure also provides that a packaging bag with the cushion unit is of a plane structure after production; when the packaging bag is used after being transportation, an object is put into the packaging bag or applying a pushing force to the packaging bag so that the cushion unit is expanded to form the buffer layer, to protect the object inside the packaging bag.
PROTECTIVE PRODUCTS SUCH AS ENVELOPES HAVING A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF INTERIOR PADDING OF EXPANDED SLIT SHEET PAPER AND EXTERIOR LINING OF EMOSSED PAPER
A protective product, such as, e.g., an envelope or pouch, is provided that includes at least one expanded slit paper sheet in an expanded state, and an embossed paper sheet facing the expanded slit paper sheet and fixed to the expanded slit paper sheet along at least a portion of a length in an expansion direction of the expanded slit sheet paper. In the preferred embodiments, the embossed paper sheet has a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of the embossed paper sheet, thereby inhibiting deformation of the embossed paper sheet that is fixed to the expanded slit sheet paper.
Embossed paper in combination with paper cushioning for shipping envelopes
According to some illustrative embodiments, a protective product is provided that includes: at least one expandable slit paper sheet, said at least on expandable slit paper being expanded between opposing ends of said slit paper; a first embossed paper sheet facing said expanded slit paper sheet and a second paper sheet facing an opposite side of said at least one expanded slit paper sheet, at least one of said first embossed paper sheet and said second paper sheet being fixed to said expanded slit paper sheet at the opposing ends of said expanded slit paper sheet and thereby maintaining said expanded paper in its expanded state, said first embossed paper sheet having a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of said embossed paper sheet, whereby inhibiting deformation of said embossed paper sheet that is fixed to said expanded slit sheet paper.
