A blank for a sleeve includes a plurality of panels, each of the plurality of panels hingedly coupled to an adjacent one of the plurality of panels. A top panel is hingedly coupled to an end of a first one of the plurality of panels. The top panel includes a first section and a second section hingedly coupled to the first section. The first section has an aperture formed therein. The aperture is configured to receive a portion of a container therethrough. The second section has a recess formed in an edge thereof. A first flap is hingedly coupled to an end of a second one of the plurality of panels. A retaining tab is formed in in a least one of the first flap and the second one of the plurality of panels.

A method of packaging a CMP brush having a cylindrical brush portion and a pair of end connection portions. The method includes saturating the brush with a liquid; covering the cylindrical brush portion with a flexible sheet that extends around and engages the surface of the cylindrical portion; engaging each of the end connection portions with a respective end support; inserting the dampened brush into a rigid polymer tubular shipping container and supporting the end connection portions within the polymer tube; and providing an additional exterior self-supporting packaging.

A liquid-containing container is the liquid-containing container containing a liquid and includes a container body with an opening portion and a stopper that closes the opening portion and has oxygen permeability. The stopper includes a stopper body portion and a barrier layer provided on at least part of a surface of the stopper body portion. A packing that includes a bottle and/or a bottle and box combination wherein the container has a handle portion and the box has a bottom opening utilized as a grip portion. The handle is pivotally mounted to the top of the container. In addition, the box includes an opening to permit access to the handle and the neck of the container.

A system for maintaining a biological sample within a desired temperature range during transport. Preferably, the system includes a container defining an inner chamber; a specimen receptacle for housing a biological sample, wherein the specimen receptacle is configured to be placed within the inner chamber of the container; a heat source configured to be placed within the inner chamber of the container; and a heat sink. The heat sink is configured to be positioned between the heat source and the specimen receptacle, thereby preventing direct heat transfer between the heart source and the specimen receptacle. Certain embodiments also relate to a method for maintaining biological samples within a desired temperature range during transport, using at least some of the system components. Preferably, the components used with the method are configured to maintain the sample at a temperature greater than 0 C. and less than approximately 37 C. during shipping.

A method for manufacturing packaging comprises the steps of: temperature conditioning one or more selected portions of at least one preform; and blowing and/or stretching the at least one temperature conditioned preform into a blow mold to form a container including an offset neck finish.
